Food was decent but the bathroom was bad. You cant tell in the picture but the toilet was covered in urine and as soon as you open the door the smell of urine hit you. Do better fazolis

Clean restaurant, parking was easy. Can be confusing to get to though. This was my first time coming here in a while. The adult meals are expensive ($10 is the cheapest, most are 12.99) and more than I need, and the kids meals only have two options (pizza or spaghetti). The menu could definitely use some adjusting, maybe add more kids size menu items or just call it half size or something.

Always clean, fast and friendly service. Good food, I have eaten in, take out, drive thru, and ordered the catering for large events. Everything is always hot and fresh. Great food and great prices.

They were really busy when we got there. Several dirty tables. When our food came, they were in to go containers. They said they run out of dishes. Not 1 minute later the table beside us got their food on dishes. If they were well staffed, there would have been no dirty tables and we would have gotten our food on dishes.

Fazoli’s always impresses me with how good their food is considering it’s a chain restaurant. You get unlimited bread sticks, which are delicious. My go-to is the lunch combo, which is a low price but you can get two items and a fountain soda.

The breadsticks are just out of the world! I have never had such soft, buttery goodness ever! They’re offered unlimited with any dish you order (at least they were at the time I visited the place, not sure if it was a limited offer). The pizza is a perfect comfort food you’d be looking for, every ingredient in moderate proportions. The chicken Pesto penne pasta was ammazing! They had much more interesting dishes that I would love to try if I visit again, but overall, I hardly recommend it! It’s 100% family friendly!

The conduct from the staff was wildly inappropriate. I have an androgynous name and appearance, and because of it, the employees treated me like I was a zoo animal during the entire interaction. They decided – with the drive thru window open, standing directly in front of me – to place bets with each other as to what they think I am. It was none of their business to begin with, but if they absolutely couldn’t help themselves from making inappropriate comments about my appearance, they should have at least had the sense to do so in private.
Fazoli’s – please take corrective action to ensure this never happens again, because if it does, they sure won’t be doing it to me. You just lost a customer.

I’m a travel worker and I frequently stop off the exit to get a room for the night on my way home and I always look forward to getting Fazoli’s. I love Italian food and it’s quick to get after I’ve been driving all day and I’m tired and just wanna go to my room. But they always screw up my order. Tonight I ordered the chicken Parmesan and I told them I wanted to add Alfredo sauce and when I got to the window, she asked me so you don’t want marinara you just want Alfredo and I corrected her and I said no I want marinara as well. I want the chicken Parmesan how it comes But also add Alfredo sauce. And then they still give it to me with just Alfredo sauce. I’m tired of ordering food here and paying money in the order never being right. I guess it’s my fault for not checking it in the drive-through window. Last place I give this particular location. Tired of wasting my money here and not getting what I ordered.
