I’ve been to this location twice recently and everybody is so friendly both times. They messed my order up and when I came back they were so kind. They even threw in extra breadsticks. Great customer service will come back!

The food itself is really, really good. I’ve always liked Fazoli’s food, and the penne is always a favorite of mine. The breadsticks were good as always, and the staff were super nice. The only issue is that the price has gone up and portions have gone down, which is really disappointing. Pasta is so cheap, but we are paying 8 bucks for not much. I would have given 5 stars, but I just can’t justify that.

Aneesah was very kind and helpful at the register allying with checking on me and my crew to make sure our food was as ordered and if we wanted more breadsticks, which of course is a must. Always enjoy the food and atmosphere when coming to this location.

They gave our order to another table and it set on the other table for a few minutes, then realized their mistake after the other guests finally spoke up, then picked it off the other table and brought it to us.
My husband works in healthcare and did not want food from another table that people were breathing on and talking over so he had them remake his food but not without the employee giving him attitude about it. At this point, I was afraid he would spit in my food and I had not realized it had added parmesan cheese. I was eating a salad. I left my plate full on the table (untouched) because not only had it been on another table for quite some time but someone had added parmesan cheese, assuming it was the people they gave our order to by mistake had also requested the parmesan cheese on top.
So, remake my order, no cheese, simple fix.
I told the manager that I did not want it with parmesan cheese. He told me that it adds flavor, feed it to my kids or my neighbors. As a manager he needs to serve the customers, without us, he would not have a job. I fully expected him to remake my order without the cheese. He did not offer and was not listening to my request so I had a side salad for dinner.
So irritated!
My husband told him about his employees behavior and the manager said yeah, sometimes he has attitude. SMH
Wasted time, wasted money and wasted food. I do NOT recommend this location. This was NOT our first incident either. This place gradually gets worse every visit!
The last time we were at this location the manager rushes out and hastily tells us that it will be 20 minutes before they could take our order, he was hoping that we would leave and some customers did walk out but we did not, instead we placed our own order at the kiosk.
I counted people in the restaurant, ELEVEN people but they were behind 20 minutes. I would have given less stars if it were an option. We will NOT be back to this location!!!

My family goes to this location weekly. We absolutely love the staff here, awesome staff!! Food is always good for us never a complaint. All the managers are fabulous & friendly. Great customer service!!!

I got a lunch special, fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti with meat sauce, which includes bread sticks. The sauce is good, but not enough for the pasta. The “buttered” breads ticks are awesome when there fresh. A manager waited on me, and deserves a 5 star. I like Fazoli’s, and I hope they give good service, excellent food, and a fun atmosphere!
