I came through your drive through Sunday Evening February the 1st and let me just say the two ladies who helped me were absolutely amazing! First of all my food was top notch! Hot and savory! And the service I received at the window she was so kind and cheerful! I am not sure about their names the cook was a blonde and the drive thru attendant I believe was a manager red hair. I will be back thanks to the two of them! Oh also they both carried smiles the whole time I watched them and I am just so pleased!

Don’t waste your time ordering any sandwiches here. Bread is consistently stale. Breadsticks are always bland – gone are the days of that decadent buttery goodness – purchased a lasagna with mold on the underside of it. Quality control is out the window. The staff are nice, but I’d rather have someone with a bad attitude giving me good food instead of a nice person giving me garbage.

We stopped in to use a coupon that we received in the mail for a SUPER FAMILY MEAL for $25.99. The meal includes a family size spaghetti, a family size Fettuccine Alfredo, a large pizza, 16 breadsticks, and a half gallon of tea. All of the food was hot and fresh. The only issue that we had was that we were given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea that we had ordered. Overall I feel that we received a good value for the money.

Drive thru- menu items out of stock so a salad and pasta. Limp wilted lettuce on salad, like it had been sitting for 2-3days. Lack of Alfredo sauce on pasta. Pretty dry and disappointing for $18. I believe they can do better with training and leadership.

Super dry spaghetti, even when I paid additional for a meat sauce and hard bottomed breadsticks. Also, every time I go there and I get a drink there is soda all over the side of the cup, definitely should be wiped off. Nobody wants a sticky mess in their car. I paid 67 dollars for an 8 family meal deal plus 12 extra breadsticks and two salads.
When I got to the youth group there was no salad dressing, the extra breadsticks that I paid for were not in the order and no Parmesan cheese that I requested. The amount of sauce did not cover all of the spaghetti.

I am surprised that this establishment has 4.1 stars as it should be 1. The service was absolutely horrendous being given attitude when we asked why the food was taking so long. When we went to get forks they had none at all and they told us they needed to wash them and then would only bring out 10 forks so there weren’t enough for people that needed them. The location was an absolute mess, I arrived there and ate for about 40 minutes and the tables around me were dirty and had food just sitting there the entire time I was there. This place was absolutely horrendous. The food also tasted like they just pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved it. Needs new management and employees who actually enjoy what they do. Would not recommend coming to this location.
