We stopped in to use a coupon that we received in the mail for a SUPER FAMILY MEAL for $25.99. The meal includes a family size spaghetti, a family size Fettuccine Alfredo, a large pizza, 16 breadsticks, and a half gallon of tea. All of the food was hot and fresh. The only issue that we had was that we were given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea that we had ordered. Overall I feel that we received a good value for the money.

Ordered a family meal on the App went to pick it up but couldn’t because they had closed because all the staff quit that day. One door had a sign on it saying to use the other door, myself and another person went to the other door and it was locked too so went through drive thru and that’s how found out it was closed because everyone quit. The drive thru lady said I would get a refund and not charged in the app for said order but then order changed from in progress to complete successfully delivered. They said I wouldn’t be charged, but kept checking my Bank Account and the charge for the meal had been taken out with no sign of a refund. Also the drive thru woman seemed to be getting a little attitude when asked about my order.

Terrible service, waited 15+ minutes for our food in the drive thru only to be missing food that took another 10+ minutes to get to us. We got home to realize we didn’t even get the portions we ordered once we opened everything up and it was all cold by that point. We won’t be back.

Today we went to Fazoli’s for a small family gathering and it was great! I haven’t been there in awhile, but I must say, the food and service has improved immensely. The breadsticks were fresh and warm and the food was delicious! Our server, Krista, was extremely polite and attentive and always cheerful and smiling. She was happy to serve our table and made our visit a very pleasant experience. The cheesecake was awesome!

My family and I ordered online from Fazoli’s. I asked for chicken broccoli penne with no roasted chicken. My husband picked up the order since I just had surgery on my ankle and have to keep my ankle elevated. I found out when my husband got home with the order that they had put chicken on my penne. I called the restaurant and spoke with a cashier who couldn’t find my order. I had to repeat the name on the order 7 times. She placed me on hold while I was talking. She transferred me to Janet Higgins, the store manager. She wasn’t any more helpful. I had told her I’d like my money back and my husband would be back to get that. When my husband arrived, he was told they can’t refund online orders. When asked for her manager and/or district/regional manager, she refused to give him the name and contact info. She said he would have to call corporate. When asked what the corporate # was, she said she didn’t know and he could look it up online. This experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. My family will never eat at Fazoli’s again.

Building is in need of repairs and update. Roof was leaking inside. Food and service was fine though.
