There are no dine in menus, so come in knowing what you want. You pay before you eat.
I thought my Fettuccine Alfredo was lacking on the meat, but I was grateful they gave me a bit more without a fuss. Everything tasted good. I would just order extra chicken ahead of time when I order again. I added the before and after pictures of the additional meat. With the good service, I am happy to leave this review with full stars.

So my wife has a dental problem and it’s difficult to eat the MeatBall Sub. The manager allowed us to swap it out with a softer food so my wife could eat it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here!!! The Stuffed Shells is AMAZING!!!

I love Fazoli’s, especially the Bardstown location. Customer service is fast, the location is clean, the food is delicious! The music and ambiance are at nice levels to not distrupt a casual conversation or family outting, while also being pleasant enough to sit and enjoy a solitary meal.
I also want to give a nice shout out to Bardstown Kentuckys Fazoli’s superstar employee Nikki for bringing a bright cheerful smile, assisting me with my difficult gift card, and doing an outstanding job. I was checked on throughout my meal as I dined on truly unlimited breadsticks. Pics included.

I wish I could rate their food higher, but unfortunately it tasted like pre-cooked microwaved food.
My fettuccine Alfredo was not up to par at all.
I am so sad to say this, because I was lookin forward to better experience.
Perhaps they’ll improve soon.

Food was good – typical Fazolis. Well prepared and hot. Staff was very friendly, not like drones there only because they had to be. No towels in Men’s room only negative.

If you’ve never been it’s like a fast food Olive Garden, with all you can eat bread sticks. I always go for the Original Italian Sub sandwich. It can be a little spicy for some, but it’s oh so good. Great service at this location. I stop at one anytime I am in an area that has them.

Edit2: They have a tip button now, seriously? I did a to-go order and it took a while but the worker was polite and apologized for the wait.
The straws are all too short for a large and oil was all over my container. Sigh, will I ever learn?
Edit: Decided to give the place another shot, Drive thru is a little slow, no big deal. Salad was gross though, it looks like it was expired and they tore the experation tag off. On a positive note, the Italian sub was really good.
