Horrible, frozen meat cooked and put on my salad . With green cherry tomatoes and big chunks of processed bacon. I got a refund. I won’t be back to any location. Frozen, processed chicken patty cut up on my salad – NO THANKS!! AND GREEN CHERRY TOMATOES, HARD AS A BRICK . NO THANKS. NEED TO GO OUT OF BUISNESS..OR GET FRESH FOOD.

We planned to come back by and eat with Fazoli’s after our field trip, but we made it for the wrong day. We showed up with about 80 kids and they took us right in, got us our delicious food in just a few minutes, made sure we had everything we needed and then some. They said it was no big deal, they would take care of us. It was just such a wonderful experience because of their wonderful attitude and work ethic. Thank you so much!

I tried Fazoli’s for the first time, and I was super disappointed. The alfredo sauce taste like it came from a can and was super watery. The bread sticks were cold and taste like cardboard. The food was definitely over priced. The drive thru presenter was also unpleasant… 10/10 should have gone to Olive Garden instead.

Specifically said “no meat or cheese because of severe allergy” while ordering at the drive thru. Make it home to realize order is incorrect. Staff member told me to come back and they will replace it. When I get there, manager acts as if I’m lying and trying to get free food. Even interrogated her employees about the order.

Completely forgot to put my salad in the bag but did not forget to charge my credit card…. Wanted me to drive back into town to pickup and would not give me credit….
