Food is great and atmosphere is good. It’s relaxed, offers to go or indoor seating, and is budget friendly. They offer a gluten free pasta option. It’s pictured below. You can customize orders with or without meat. You can make them veggie but I doubt vegan. Complimentary breadsticks are divine! Check them out! They don’t disappoint.

The service was great. They were training some new staff and doing a spectacular job with explaining and modeling how to do the job.
However, my husband and son were disappointed to learn they have gotten rid of diet pepsi in the fountain drink machine in order to put 2 pepsi zeros in. I find that especially odd with the popularity of diet drinks.

This has been the better Fazoli’s we have eaten at. We have been here twice now and both times has been extremely good. The food came out fast hot and fresh. The staff was friendly the place was clean and looked to be well kept up. We had a few different items and all where really good and tasty. I would recommend trying this place out if you are ever in the area. You should be pleased with it. Also the prices aren’t to bad either.

Today was my first time going to this place. As soon as I step in the place, I felt a positive and welcoming vibe. The employees were all really nice especially Jessica! Jessica was quick to take my order and she really seemed passionate about her job. Later, she brought me my food in a timely manner and kept checking if I needed anything else. I definitely enjoyed this experience and will be coming back again. Thank you Jessica!

The food was excellent the staff was very friendly. They were super busy. It was a good 25 minutes before we received our food. The restaurant was clean but there was a lot of dishes on the tables from where no one had been over to clean the tables yet. It would be nice if they stayed more on top of that but it was a great experience. The food was wonderful surely wish we had a Fazoli’s back home in NC. This was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last.

Wow!!! SIMPLY STUPENDOUS!!! This was my very first time at “fazoli”!! it was marvelous! The lady helped me order my food and I must say, it’s scrumptious!!! They even give you an unlimited bread stick!!! and the little guy even grated unlimited cheese onto my pasta!!!! Very tasty! Very bang for buck too!!! I will RETURN

I had a great experience at Fazoli’s thanks to an amazing worker named Jessica! She was friendly, fast, and super attentive. You can really tell she cares about her job and the customers. She definitely made my visit better!

We just moved here and this was the first time we tried Fazolis. The cashier, Brice, was very pleasant. He was at the register, but also delivering food to customers. He was friendly and efficient. It was 1 pm on a Saturday so it was fairly busy. The only other person I saw was a woman cooking at the window. I asked if they were short handed and his reply was yes, but he would do all he could to get the job done. The food was excellent and the minimal staff did a great job, without complaint. I will come here again. I suggest anyone wanting a job apply. Seems to be a good environment to work in. Cheers to you Brice!

A lot of food for not much money. I like that its fast food prices, but the real dishes and forks make it feel like you’re in a restaurant. Tastes exactly like olive garden but half the price and tbh the breadsticks are better.

I had written a very positive review awhile back, but the order I received tonight has brought me here to write an update. The first picture is from over a year ago and is what I ALWAYS order. The second picture is from tonight’s order which has me so frustrated . I wish I could call but I can’t. The sad thing is that it all comes down to a lazy staff with obviously poor management supervision. I ordered penned noodles, not fettuccine, I was supposed to have chicken but it is missing. They did add sausage but the failed to give me the additional side of sausage I ordered as well as the extra broccoli and the extra mushrooms..all of which I paid an additional charge for. So basically,,the entree that is usually $10.99 ends up costing me nearly double because I want additional toppings. I paid nearly $10 extra for things I did not get and even what I did get is wrong . Reading is fundamental and would have prevented this from occurring I cm. It is obvious that the lazy employees tonight failed to read the order ticket. That is the very best possible scenario. I would be willing to bet that the kids just didn’t feel like doing their job and because it was only an hour to closing time on a Friday night, hoped they could put it in the bag and that would not notice until I got home which that is what happened. Most people would just deal with it but I am so over these younger generations getting by with their poor work ethic and lack of responsibility. Yes I will be calling tomorrow because I am a lot more than just made right now!!! The worker who packaged my order need to be fired because this is such a blatant situation where it is obvious the person doesn’t want to work. Well they should no longer be allowed to “work” there and needs to be taught a lesson. The manager needs a performance review becsuse when it has happened to one, it has happened to others.Non of what happened tonight is acceptable or understandable!!!!!!
