This was my first experience with Fazoli’s or any type of Italian food being served as fast food. I didn’t expect much but, WOW, I was so surprised.!The food was delicious and the breadsticks were AMAZING. I ordered the baked sampler with a side salad which turned out to be more food than I needed. So good though!
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. Tables were being disinfected after every customer before another was seated. We will definitely be back the next time we pass through.

Okay it’s Fazolis, so this isn’t a white table cloth review. But as far as any Fazolis I’ve ever been to, this one is the best. Super clean, super fast service, and the food tasted as good as it looked. Honestly if you saw a commercial for Fazolis, I would think it had been filmed at this location, food and everything. Top notch!

You walk in and wait in line (if there is one) to place your order. After paying, you’re given a number to display on the table where you choose to sit. We’ve been twice and our food was delivered quickly both times. Our food was hot & good both times as well – good, but not great. The prices are reasonable however, so it’s another example of “you get what you pay for”. It’s worth noting that, if you dine in, you may have an unlimited number of bread sticks, and they are quite good!

The folks working there are really nice and accommodating. However, the food is just ok. Best thing was the bread sticks. I ordered the loaded chicken Alfredo. The sauce was okay. But the chicken had been already cooked, therefore tough. The mushrooms looked like they were canned. But, it’s not a full service so I didn’t expect it to be four or five stars.

First experience with Fazoli’s and I am not disappointed. The environment is fresh and clean, and perfect for a family outing. The staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food was good. Hot breadsticks were a little salty, but were perfect with the Alfredo sauce. The pasta was well cooked, and the portion was generous. A simple but fresh side salad completed the meal. We will definitely be back…

Fazoli’s is an excellent fast food Italian food restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was a little confusing in it’s layout. Prices are a little higher than burger/taco fast food, but cheaper than more formal Italian restaurants. Free bread sticks, and more bread sticks! Facility was clean and restrooms were clean. (One problem with women’s…it was closed for repairs). I highly recommend giving Fazoli’s a try. I will stop at every one I encounter near meal times. I love it!

The food was great. 94 on Health Department score. The place looked clean. There were two ladies running the restaurant. They were short handed but they kept things moving right along without complaining. I really appreciated their dedication to taking care of business. We’ll be back.
