Great Italian restaurant disguised as a fast food establishment. Prices are great! They have a $5.99 lunch special daily. 2 small entrees, unlimited drinks and breadsticks. I got fettuccine Alfredo and baked spaghetti. Both were delicious. Fazio partners with The Cheesecake Factory to bring you delicious desserts. Met the manager, a very happy person. You could tell her staff loves her! The ladies room was clean and bright as was the whole restaurant. There are signs posted encouraging you to leave your trash, employees will handle it. Plenty of parking for when the good smells drag you in. 5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back. You can also access the Italian deliciousness through their drive thru.

Was very happy with our meal. The pasta on the Grand Sampler was not overcooked and was well drained. I was so happy that they had a gluten-free/friendly option. I gave 4 stars because the Flatbread was very dark and tasted burned.

So happy to have this new and awesome restaurant here. Great Italian food and the best bread sticks I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had the lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo, ravioli, and pepperoni pizza. It was all great! They also have a great lunch special that was just enough food and was priced just right. Can’t wait to go back. Update: wow what a difference a few weeks makes! Very unimpressed tonight with the food and staff tonight. All 4 of us could hardly eat our food. Very understaffed, dirty dishes piled high in the trash. Employees are supposed to clean your table after you’re finished but they waited until people cleaned up their own dishes before telling them they would’ve done it. The cashier was polite so that’s the only reason it’s not a 1 star. Very sad, I wanted this restaurant to continue to be great.

What a hidden gem!!!
I have never heard of Fazoli’s. It seemed to me like a deserted place. I don’t know what special forces guided me to stop there on a Monday afternoon during lunch hour, but I was hungry and the place wasn’t crowded.
What a great choice I made!!!
The entire staff was very very friendly and accommodating. Even the cook, smiled and waved at me. I got the lunch special for $5.99 and what a bargain that was I would’ve paid much more for it. The salad was crisp and fresh The breadsticks were soft and hot and the spaghetti was so delicious. It was a really great deal! What really stood out above everything else was the employees and management. The manager came out to check on me to make sure everything was OK and to see if I needed anything else. The employees were patient with me and the cashier was assisting me with the menu since it was my first time there. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I really hope this wasn’t a fluke. It doesn’t seem to me like it will be. Everything was above and beyond. I will definitely go there again. Please keep up the great work!

The staff is very friendly and hard-working. The place is clean, has good food, and generous portions. The breadsticks and lemon ice are my favorite sides. They have gluten friendly options as well.

Stopped by on the way home from Boone for a nice warm meal to take home and this restaurant did NOT disappoint! The restaurant was very clean. The staff (counter and cook) were so kind and helpful. Ordering was easy and the prices were exceptionally reasonable! My food order was prepared quickly and it was hard to wait until I got home because it smelled so good. When we opened the containers of food it was so delicious and still warm! I ordered two bakes spaghetti and two kids meals and the portions were quite generous. There were no leftovers because the food was so good we ate like it was some kind of pasta thanksgiving. I live in statesville but plan on driving back to this Fazoli’s because of the taste, quality and value. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant

Staff seems nice.. but when you pay $5 for a kids pizza meal.. this is all you get for $5. You can literally buy a small pizza for the same price as this little old piece.

My husband and I went to Fazoli’s the first time on Monday the 18th of September. Was very pleased with our visit. Restaurant was clean and inviting, service was great. Food was great with generous portions. The breadsticks totally beat Olive Garden’s. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the tomatoes in my salad could been fresher. I would definitely recommend this place.
