The staff person was very friendly and personable. He checked on me during my meal and provided more bread sticks. He engaged in small talk without being too talkative. The food was good, for italian fast food. The inside was old school, but kept up pretty good. Plenty of parking around the building.

Aaron is an ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR of Customer Service! Very seldom am I this impressed. The food is decent and priced at a value but the Magic of this location is Aaron I watched him move from the counter after taking our order, bringing out the food and he engaged EVERY TABLE with a smile and friendly service, Incredible!

If I could give this Fazolis more than five stars, I would. I stopped in expecting a quick meal and ended up genuinely impressed. The food came out hot, fresh, and insanely quick. The breadsticks were perfect, and the pasta tasted like heaven. The salad was crunchy and didn’t get soggy. They had salt, pepper, and cheese ready and available. They even had bibs for the little ones, free of charge.

Aaron deserves his own section of this review. He treated every customer like they mattered. He was patient, sharp, and on top of everything. He checked in without hovering and kept the place running smoothly. The whole restaurant was better because he was there. You don’t see service like that often. You can tell when someone takes pride in the job, and Aaron absolutely does. I will be coming back in the future and looking forward to another great experience.

I just came in for a Quick bite today. My friend had pasta and I had pizza. The cashier on duty was Aaron. What a terrific, valuable asset you have in him. His customer service or just his personality was genuine. He displayed the utmost respect and professionalism. I have been to Fazoli’s in the past, but never had truly treated like I was this time. I appreciate the hospitality… it was like no other had experienced here before. The food was also fast, fresh and delicious!!

I went to the Chesapeake, VA location and arrived at 7:40pm tonight. There was only one customer in the building upon us entering. No music just silence. Terrell was our cashier and the better part of our experience. We ordered 2 ultimates with extra sauce and made one a combo, then added extra meatballs. The extra meatballs didn’t come with sauce and were dry. No extra sauce was added and our food outside of the lasagna was barely lukewarm. The bread was the only good thing to eat. We then paid AGAIN for 3 extra meat sauces. My dish didn’t even come with the one meatball it was supposed to have in my spaghetti. My Alfredo was served with hard, dry noodles and you could tell the sauce was old and unwarmed due to the color, texture and look of it. I’m honestly saddened and disappointed with this experience. Clearly this location hires inexperienced people or maybe it’s just the late night shift. After we made a clear commitment and complaint, the (2) out of 3 workers acted as if we were lying and immediately coped an attitude mumbling under their breath. Terrell did his best to maintain good customer service, but this experience was unbelievable and inexcusable. I did reach out to corporate as well. I won’t be surprised at all if and when this location closes for good based on my experience tonight. This was my first meal of the day and I was looking forward to eating out. This location has definitely fallen from grace from what they used to be. I’m sure the volume and sales prove my point as well.

I just went thru drive thru as child wanted breadsticks. Lady at drive was awesome. I saw a homeless man so ordered him spaghetti and meatballs I can say box was very full and smelled great. Child loved the sticks

I think this is the sadest review I’ve ever had to write. I’ve been coming to fazolis since I can remember. 30 years at least. And this location has continued to decline sadly. I came in today and the staff just seemed over it. I ordered a meatball sub and breadsticks. I started eating the breadsticks and they were crunchy. I could tell they’d been sitting out for a long time. Which is sad because that’s the best part about coming here. Then i move on to the sub. MOLD! My sub was covered in green mold. I was really nice about it but definitely sad. I ended up getting spaghetti. I honestly should have just got a refund because everything was extremely sad. I think this sadly will be my last time ever coming here.

From a business, it appears that the business is on the extinction phase. Not customer focused. Very mechanical at front counter. Out of menu items. No one actively keeping place cleaned. Customer is on their own. Franchise needs a SWOT analysis, to see what it that makes Fazoli’s unique.

I stopped by here on 11/18.. the customer service I received by management and his staff that day was SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I am an introverted person but the manager on duty was so genuinely kind i couldn’t help but engage with him. Unfortunately I lost the receipt with the guys name on it …but I can tell you he’s been employed with Fazoli’s for over 10 years, he’s a cowboys fan, and his brother went to VA Tech. The guy that took my order, had great customer service as well, and the cook that prepared my food, 10/10 must try again! Fazoli’s gained a new customer because of the staff on duty that day!
