Great place to eat. Decent size dine-in area. We ate with a party of 15. Owner is from Brooklyn and makes great NY style pizza including gluten free. A nice bonus is they have cannolis and Zeppoles (the menu has them named by some other name).

Let me start by saying, we walked in minutes before closing, to order a pie, for carry out. A complete oversight, as I misread the hours online and didn’t notice the hours in the window, until after we ordered. Talk about an authentic pie! Best pie we’ve had since moving back from NYC!

I found out about this place when I lived in Asheville. It was my favorite pizza in town and had fantastic service and great people. When the second location in Hendersonville opened, I was excited because I now live in Hendersonville, so it was much more convenient. However, even though the pizza was still great, the service was some of the worst I’ve ever had. I was honestly shocked.
It’s probably been at least 6m since I tried the second location and had the sour experience. By now, I sincerely hope they’ve improved the customer service. It honestly would be a sad thing to lose their customers over that! Most all of us would choose decent to even tolerable pizza with great service than excellent pizza with bad service. :/

So far the things I’ve tried have been good. The noodles on the lasagna I got were a little undercooked, and I wanted more red sauce (I picked it up to go that time so I couldn’t ask for more on the side). The pizza is delicious. The lunch specials are a good price and two pieces of pizza was more than enough to fill me up! I am glad they have opened in Hendersonville!

Great Hidden Gem!!!
We came into town for the weekend and I was hungry for pizza. Instead of ordering from our long time favorite, I decided to try a new place in town, Favilla’s. We ordered the House Special pizza and a Greek salad. The pizza was huge and loaded with a perfect amount of fresh ingredients, delicious sauce, and the crust was a perfect NY style crust.. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and the large could have fed four people, at least! The salad was also amazing! They did not scrimp on fresh ingredients and the some of the best Greek dressing that I’ve had in a long time! Bonus was free delivery by Door Dash. Next trip, I will definitely be patronizing them again!

This New York Italian and pizza restaurant just opened up.
I was amazed how good the food was. I had the chicken parmesan and it was very good, it came with a salad and garlic bread.
It is a small restaurant and they play 50’s and 60’s music. While I was there a lot of pizzas were being picked up for dinner. Next time, I’m going to order one of there pizza.
I do recommend this restaurant and the price are reasonable.

As far as taste it was good. However the two star review is because of customer service. We ordered two side salads, a kid’s pizza, and a medium pizza. After 45 mins of waiting our server told us there was some kind of mistake and that our pizza would be out soon. Another 30 mins later we finally received our food. The worst part was the manager never came to our table, and nothing was said to us. Others were getting their food, so it seemed like it was just us.

We live in Hendersonville and used to drive all the way to Asheville to get this pizza. That means we drove by about 50 places that served pizza – but we didn’t care. They weren’t Favilla’s.
I have been to NY quite often. I am very aware of how NY pizza “should” taste. This does. Exactly.
Several sizes, lots of toppings. You won’t be disappointed.
But now that it is in Hendersonville, I feel like I can get things other than pizza. And their pasts is great too. Homemade sauces. Meatballs that would rival a softball. Tiramisu to kill for for. But the ultimate? The ultimate are their garlic butter rolls. Swoon worthy.
It is getting a reputation, so Fri and Sat nights are getting busy, which is hard on the limited staff. Go during the week for the best perspective. a
