This was a while back, but I came in with my girlfriend and we ordered food to go so we could eat at home while watching movies. While eating, I bit into what turned out to be a long piece of hair. When I tried to pull it out, it just kept getting longer, so I stopped and went back to the restaurant for a refund or replacement.
I was obviously very disgusted by the situation, as no one wants to find someone else’s hair in their food. However, I will say that the employee who helped me was very understanding and they offered to replace the item without any hassle. I appreciated how the situation was handled on their end. However I will not be coming back lol

Beans and rice for pretty good but the burritos for spectacular. The price was very reasonable to. $12 for a huge burrito, a big pile of rice in an even bigger pile of beans and all you can eat salsa and drinks you for yourself with no required tip because there are no waiters. I had the California Burrito which was huge, well-priced, with a perfect authentic tortilla. Service was great, a very small joint, but lots of locals, working stiffs, and Mexican Nationals… And that means it has to be authentic and good! The little salsa bar was fantastic. I just wish they had root beer that’s all. So far I like steak the best here.

Great Food, great staff. Just had been there on our return trip to Grand Canyon. Food is really tasty and authentic Mexican taste. I jad been in. Quality and taste if the food and quantity for the price is excellent. Highly recommend to all food lovers.

First time going here and I was very satisfied with everything. Order was taken and made in a very timely manner. They were friendly and polite. I had a big order and I let the lady at the register know ahead of time. Didnt feel rushed or anything. Prices are fair and expected and the portions are great. Got all my food fast and it was all delicious. Will definitely be going again. Thank you.

My son is serving a mission for our church in Henderson, NV, and raves about how much they all love Fausto’s. I reached out to Fausto’s to see if they sold gift cards and had the most amazing conversation with Efren. Not only does Fausto’s make incredible food (my son’s recommendation), but they are amazing human beings. My wife and I will be in Las Vegas soon, and Fausto’s (and meeting Efren) is now #1 on our list. Funny story, after I spoke with Efren, I went out and asked the secretary where we work, here in Idaho, where her favorite Mexican food is in Henderson, Nevada (she is from Henderson). Without hesitation, she said “Fausto’s!” And then told me everything about it. I didn’t lead her at all to say that either, I was just curious if she would say Fausto’s. Thank you Fausto’s and Efren for being amazing human beings who make amazing food. You increase my faith in humanity. God bless you!
