Coworkers and I met here for a Christmas dinner. First, I appreciated that the staff was so accommodating of large parties – no fee for using their private room, no minimum food/wine tab to meet, able to split tickets as many ways as needed, no automatic gratuity, they allowed us to bring a cake with no extra fee, etc. I contacted numerous venues, and Fausto’s was sooooooo easy to work with and much more cost-effective than other restaurants in the area.

The food was excellent. Prices were reasonable, and serving sizes were large. Everything seemed fresh and made with love.

Our server Dan was very kind and attentive. We didnt feel rushed, and he handled the chaos of a large party very well.

No one in our party had been to Fausto’s before, but we all agreed we would definitely come back.

My only critiques are that the parking lot is small, but they will guide you to parking at nearby businesses. And when the restaurant is full, it can be a bit noisy.

We started with crab arancini appetizer. Never had it before and it was very good. I do recommend. We had the chicken sorrentino and pesce siciliana. We were both pleased. We finished off with creme brulee which was very good. We sat in the bar at a high top table and the service, Dan the bartender, gave was great. We will return.

Dinner out can be any ol’ supper, but this outing was super.
Damien was delightful in making our evening lively and engaging in good chit chat. He made great recommendations!
Calamari and escargot were a nice start, with Soft Shell Crab special and some Redfish Limone to bring it together.

Let me start off by saying the food was amazing but from the start I had to ask for bread & water twice, & the appetizer I got was nothing as server explained and I was only able to eat the sauce which was amazing and came in handy when my yummmy bread finally arrived with frozen balls of butter. Drinks stick to wine or beer. Our dinner was amazing! I can’t wait for leftovers tmw as for the sever on so many levels just no. I’ll definitely be back, I’ll just be sure not to have a certain waitress & stick to wine. Bartender needs lessons. Also I must point out that the hostess was amazing & tried to work the entire restaurant.

1st time, waitress was fabulous. The food was very good. The escargot with mushrooms had a very nice flavor. The salad was separately priced from the meal. The eggplant was very good as well. Would go back again.

The server was personable and professional. He suggested specials and was very attentive.
My Pilates classmates are regulars here. I’m glad I finally experienced dining here.

It was so/so. 1st; parking is VERY scarce. We went beacause someone in our group of 5 goes there all the time and is known. Considering this, service was acceptable but nothing special. We received 9complimentary bread basket with TWO pieces of italian bread. Altho appreciated, there were 5 of us. We did ask for more which another 2 came out with our meal. I got a special with shrimp, artichoke hearts and angel hair with lemon butter. Artichoke hearts were marinated & vinegary from a jar, very mushy. Shrimp were jumbo and there were 10 on the plate! Impressed visually but they had that chemical taste. I only ate a couple. I can’t explain it, iodine, preservatives, or STP chemical? $26 when you add the salad. Someone got a redfish special with a side of angel hair. The pasta was very dry, barely pink like it had been dipped in sauce, put in a bowl and left to dry under heat lamps. He didnt touch it. Portion sizes are average, you will leave satisfied but will finish your plate. They had water service replenishing our glasses but the waiter never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything or more drinks until the end to see if we wanted dessert and then chatted up our friend, sucking up for a big tip I assume. The place was packed so reservations are a must. Maybe stick with their traditional italian dishes.

The food, service and atmosphere here is top tier. I highly recommend this for both intimate dining experiences or taking out friends and family! I haven’t tried a dish I haven’t liked! My only complaint is the parking but I survive!
