Food was pretty good. The bread Sherri e was phenomenal. We ordered fried pickles which were good and I order a Monte Cristo which was pretty good. Hubby said his meatloaf was pretty good. It was a quiet restaurant, which I love. Service was okay. Our waitress didn’t seem the friendliest, but she brought us refills of our drinks without us asking, so that ma a major plus!

We haven’t eaten at Fatz in several years, but I am so glad that we came this evening. The poppy seed rolls, calabash chicken, fries and the Blue Motorcycle were all delicious! The eight piece calabash chicken basket with fries was plenty to split with hubby. Our server, Kia was friendly and efficient. An overall great dining experience.

I had the double cheese burger and it was good. The fries were good as well. There’s a few different types of burgers. This is the kind that’s stuffed with pickles, onions, mayo, lettuce and 2 burger patties sliding all over. Really good and hit the spot.

They really need to get it together!! I mean we waited for 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a server…. it’s ALREADY been 30 more mins and our order still hasn’t arrived. The host seemed confused as to what was going on and was making excuses for our SERVER…..when our food finally did arrive the tots were cold and tasted stale. The burger was so greasy that when i picked it up grease ran all over the place….COME ON PPL !!!! I REMEMBER WHEN THIS PLACE WAS ACTUALLY DECENT AND THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND FRIENDLY!!!! SERVICE IS GARBAGE AND I WORK IN THE RESTAURANT BIZ….I DO BELIEVE OUR SERVER ONLY SPOKE TO US TWICE DURING THE COURSE OF OUR MEAL…. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! S/N HIRE PPL THAT CAN MULTI-TASK AND CAN MAINTAIN MORE THAN 2 TABLES

Our waiter was slow and we ask to go cup. She didn’t bring it to us. She didn’t check on us. It’s was too hot. The hostess was the nice one. Our waitress was taken others order and she should bring our to go cups first. We should not have tipped but we did.Will not be back. Get better help.

Affordable, good food. Service was not great but they seemed a bit understaffed tonight. Really enjoy their calabash chicken. Somewhat long wait times for food and the atmosphere is really weird. Comparable to Applebee’s but with a southern flair and higher quality food.

they were out of almost everything, food took a while and had no flavor whatsoever and had hairs in them. didn’t get silverware until we asked. waitress talking about their personal lives out loud for the whole restaurant. waitress insulted other waitress out loud and even took a phone call in the middle of the restaurant. restaurant was unkept as well.

It wasn’t that busy, but it took 25-30 minutes to get our food. We did get our drinks and the poppy seed rolls rather quickly. My mom got her salad in about 5 minutes, not bad. She finished her salad & we asked the guy that filled our drinks about our food. He said he would check. 15 minutes go by, so my mom sees the waitress. She asks how long for our food. The waitress said our order got lost. The waitress brings out our food and I swear, they found the smallest sweet potato they had. The food was good but the experience could have been better.

I was not impressed – the air conditioner was out and there were floor fans supplementing the ceiling fans. The food took a while, it wasn’t hot – only warm, had to ask for a drink refill. For a Sunday afternoon I would have expected more. I will not be in a rush to go back. I didn’t even take a photo of my dish.
