This place is a must try! The love and care put into each burger is phenomenal. Definitely a head above the rest when it comes to burgers!
The fries and chips – freshly sliced. The burgers – prime. The buns – homemade. And the owner’s love for what he’s doing – infectious. Prices can’t be beat.
Easy to get to – it’s a food truck right off Sunrise on 5th Ave in Bay Shore. They have a picnic table if you want to eat there, but I got mine to go.
Highly suggest the Fatty Stack – All the Way. Each bite was better than the last.

Was craving a burger after 16 hours of shoveling snow at my train yard. This was the first place that popped up. As soon as I pulled up. I was greeted with such energy that I knew this was gonna be good.
Let me tell you. This is made fresh right in front of your face. From the burger to the Fries and chips. The Burger is as juicy as juicy comes. Flavored by caramelized onions bacon and pickle. Topped with ketchup and there special sauce. The fries are fresh cut and fried to perfection.
To top it off was a potato bread donut. Yes I said potato bread donut. Freshly fried with powdered sugar and Raspberry drizzle. Believe me. You never had anything like it.

If you’re wondering whether you can trust these reviews.. YES. He deserves every bit of this recognition. Burger/fries & a happy guy, doing what he loves 10/10. Even the chicken sandwich was bomb and prices were a deal for this quality. 1st time going and will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely unreal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It’s not often you find a burger spot out here in Suffolk that just completely blows your mind. Vinny is beyond talented with his chef skills and so passionate about what he does. By the power of social media I stumbled across this place and figured I’d give it a shot. Since trying his burger spot I’ve been in a depressive state. I guess one could compare it to trying heroin for the first time and becoming highly addicted. I’ve been going through withdrawals. If I could eat a Fatty Ts burger every single day for the rest of my life I would. It is currently 11:28 a.m. and he doesn’t open until one. I’m not sure if I’ll make it to 1pm. I may check my self into a local Psychward. Vinny you rock man! Check this place out you won’t be disappointed

First of all Vinny was a VIBE!! As soon as I pulled up, he greeted me with a smile and a WOOHOO, he threw in free donuts and a drink for me. Matter of fact, he ended up taking care of the whole order on the house for me cause I had to wait a little long and also I had a problem splitting payments on my cards so he was very compassionate and accommodating. It literally brought to tears. Now let’s talk about the food. BABAYYY that food was cooked with love, I literally saw him singing and smiling while making my food and it translated over to the taste which I got a quarter pounder and it came with the fries and chips. Well seasoned and huge amount for the prices that he has up! Anyways my heart is happy and stomach is full
