We forgot to ask his name, but the younger guy with the nice mustache took our order and helped guide us. We of course got the 2 for 1 pizza special. Definitely get the Fatte’s special and the Meat Medley, at least that’s what we got. We ordered it to go.

Placed an order here today around 4:50 PM and let me just say the person answering the phone and taking orders he was so rude and pushy. I understand jobs get busy and you do have a customer service job, so if the customer is asking a question and needing to know things I thought that was your job? We come here for our pizza every time we’re in town and I have never been treated so horribly by anyone there before. He said he didn’t have time for me and my questions because he was wayyyy to busy for that and hung up in my face. So I couldn’t ask for any plates, napkins or condiments. Needless to say we’re staying in a Hotel so it’s an inconvenience. Love this place just not his attitude.

New crust sucks! I’ve been going to Fatte’s for ~30 years. It’s been my favorite pizza for that whole time, getting it every time I’d come back home. Sadly they have changed their crust recipe or something. The chewy crust is gone. It is now hard and gross. Really bummed, and hope this was a fluke, but i clearly got some other crust, and it is NOT an improvement.

We’ve ordered from this restaurant several times and have never had an issue. Today when we called to place an order, he asked for the address we gave it to him and specified it was a little tricky to get to the location since we’ve recently moved. We let him know they can give us a call and we’d head outside to help out the driver to which he said “always gotta make it difficult”. His response was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. If he doesn’t want to do his job then he should apply elsewhere. Very disappointing encounter.

Im from out of town and I had to try this place based off pictures and reviews and I can’t recommend it enough, the pizza was flawless and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Easy 9/10 for me!
