Fatte’s is under new ownership and the place looks great. This pizza is perfectly addictive – the crust was stretchy and flavorful, perfect for dipping into some ranch, just the right thickness around the edges, but like a thin-crust in the middle. The toppings were like a whole meal – the sausage chunks on the Sticky Fingers deluxe pizza were meaty and juicy, and even the veggies were rich and delicious. It was great to leave the kids on the pizza side to grab a drink next door on the grown-ups side at the Pit Stop. They now serve at the bar until 2am if there are customers around, even on a Tuesday! Bottoms up!

I got a small personal pizza and all you can eat salad bar meal deal . $ not to much, just under $20.00. It turned out I was allergic to most of their chosen extras , but I got basic salad and added some spinach and pepperoni, too. Great salad dressings, I got Ranch. yummy . .. I’ve been coming here for years . There was a toddler party going on . It’s not a crazy crowd, but it’s just right. They offer a giant pizza. $100.00 . Have great lunchtime specials . I’ve eaten here 2 times prior to today while working out of town, and both of those visits were great! Today’s experience was horrible as the pizza was soggy and falling apart from the nice thick crust (which was the only good part today). The toppings were pretty overloaded which for an All Meat makes it super greasy.
I asked for a box to hopefully soak up some of the grease and I showed it to a worker that just said “yeah he’s new and trying to get the hang of it”. I understand new employees and a learning curve but the worker made no effort to rectify the situation and walked away. The bummer of it was we live in Bakersfield and my family was looking forward to trying as well.

Staff was nice. The crust was good, I think my issue is I was hoping it tasted close to hanfords fatte alberts before it closed but it tasted more like Costco pizza.

I called you order a pizza. The guys over the phone was very rude. He doesn’t know how to take orders. Atlongest he works there I will never do business with them again. Sad because we would always order from them on fridays. Fire him!!!

Pizza is to greasy. Can’t even pick up a slice of pizza without it falling apart from all the grease. I asked the employee about and all she said was she knows and that it the crust. Won’t ever come here again. Now I know why there was nobody here. And on top of that the music was too loud. Couldn’t have a conversation with other people in my party.

We stopped in here after going to the Benitoite Mine. We had a few beers, watched the corn hole tournament that was happening and got a medium pizza to share. It was a good time, good food and awesome people.

Just left this place. When we arrived we werent helped for 10 minutes and when we finally did get service it seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Pizza dough was raw when we brought it to their attention they made a big scene and said they would not remake or refund. We were not rude at all and totally calm during the situation. I never post reviews period and definitely do not post negative things about businesses. Being a business owner I understand that businesses have bad days however this was the worst experience I’ve had with food service and wanted to warn others about what to expect if you are considering this business.

The pizza I got tonight on my way to work was a thing of sheer beauty! Pepperoni and onions, with extra sauce. I have had 100’s of the exact same order at places throughout the nation. This eveing tho was a special treat for me. I had to call them during my second slice to give them the total spectrum of my delight. I had to ask myself, “did I get back on the refer today and dont remember doing it? Of course, NO! It wasnt a work of art when u looked at it in the box, but this thing changed the way I think about doing reviews. I have never done a review because of how great the experience was. Only when my life was ruined because of some minor blemish on the nose of the waitress or something stupid like that. So now, hip hip hurray! Hip hip hurray! Hip hip hurray! You peeps at Fatte’s get a free pass no matter what the circumstances are, or what I am currently doing at the moment. I will stop immediatly, race to your location, and meet your needs without hesitation for what I got to experience this evening. I mean maybe you awesome people should start wearing capes! I do. And it works pretty good if you are looking to beaten up at random times throughout your day by bad ass gang bangers. It helps keep me in shape. Lol. For real tho-grab your favorite pizza and add extra sauce to it. Then just get ready to be excited! Ron.
