Social Profile:

In 1993, we started Fatso’s Pizza with an idea, some knowledge, and a prayer. With a bank account as thin as our pizza crust, we opened the doors in December. We had made pizzas for years, but it was kind of scary to do it professionally – opening our own restaurant, especially after spending all our money to buy equipment and remodel. As a matter of fact, we actually used an old cigar box as a cash register the first few months of business. Nevertheless, our main goal then, as it is now, was to provide the best quality food, the friendliest service, and the coldest beer in town. Now, after 20 years in business, we are still striving to offer the best product possible, and through all the years, we have created many, many friendships

Down-to-earth venue featuring thin-crust pizza, a multitude of draft beers & live music.

I moved in the area and was so excited to try Fatso’s pizza today. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the Carnivore Pan pizza. 1) For the pizza to be made to order, including the crust, my pizza was room temperature when I received it…mind you I ordered in the establishment and waited for my order. 2) I paid $31.00 and a tip for what looks to be about $5.00 worth of toppings (great taste but more cheese and toppings would be appreciative as well as covering all spots on the pizza. I received more toppings from Fired Pie for a $12.00 pizza. 3) I’m not sold on the crust not being pre-made. The crust was thick and seemed to be pre-made (maybe earlier today or yesterday) and placed in the broiler to cook the toppings.

Because this is a small business, I encourage you to make your own opinion and do not go by my review. I should have tried the thin crust Carnivore. I truly believe my opinion would be different.

Followed my fellow Reviewers to Fatso Pizza. Their high rating wasn’t wrong.
An afternoon visit found an active happy hour in the bar with plenty of tables open in the dining room.
Fast and friendly service started us off with cold beverages and Buffalo Wings. The Fatso Amber, brewed by Lumberyard in Flagstaff, was welcome in 100+ degree day.
Buffalo Wings were crispy and very saucy (in a good way). We added a Pan Crust Spinach Pie. Fresh veggies, delicious sauce and melted cheese on top of a perfect crunchy crust made this meal special. More Ranch Dressing please!

Great pizza and Fatso’s Sausage sandwich!! The salad was a nice addition as well!! The wings are fine just a little small! Lots of options on their menu and I have a feeling they are all pretty good based on what I’ve had so far!!

I’ve been coming here for almost three decades. Consistent food, the servers are always happy and go above and beyond and I enjoy the nights they have music. Thanks for feeding me and my family so I don’t have to cook!

I used to go here as a kid during the 90’s with my family all the time! After coming back as an adult today, it actually was exciting to see the inside hasn’t change not even the slightest bit. From the famous pink walls to the booths… If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! I love it. The Pizza and wings are still really good, and I enjoyed the overall nostalgia feeling. Glad this place is still thriving, and I will be coming back again.

This is a little neighborhood gem that was establishing 1993, I love their little story. Joe, the owner was so nice and came by to introduced his self, love that.
Taylor was absolutely amazing, so smart, friendly with big beautiful eyes, I can’t believe how she could keep track of not just our party that was quite large, her section was very big. We enjoyed our pizza although the crust could’ve been more crisp. A fun Neighborhood place where the people are friendly.
I WOULD RECOMMEND.

This place seems like a local watering hole where the neighborhood regulars drop in for a beer, or 4. The bar is set in the back and was pretty active and lively but not too loud. The restaurant area is kind of dark and dingy with outdated decor and overduefor some care. We stopped in to try their thin crust pizza and some wings. The wings were pretty good, cooked to a perfect crispy and drenched in traditional Buffalo sauce. The pizza was a miss for us. The thin crust was just a little undercooked, even had a gummy bite to it. No crisp to it at all, so it was sloppy. Since it was tavern cut, we avoided the center pieces and ate around the outer edge. The sausage was good. The flavor was good. It just wasn’t a good pizza. The staff was delightful and we had friendly service. They have an expansive Italian menu, reasonable prices, and lots of great beer options. This place has been around a while and is probably a neighborhood favorite.

Fatsos is a great local spot, we haven’t been in a long time because sometimes it’s just too much of a mad house. But we went in last week and Jocelynn greeted us upon our arrival and made the experience worth coming back, she’s wonderful. See you all soon!
