Burgers are good and fresh. You have a choice of skinny or fat fries they did not have the sweet potato fries when I visited. We had Burgers fries and drinks also ordered a shake and some BBQ wings. They forgot about our shake and I had to go up and remind them about it they also gave us a order of skinny fries when we order fat fries they fixed it and let us keep the skinny fries as well. I almost forgot we also had a order of chilli cheese fries and they were delicious.

The food is entirely too pricey for the product that you receive. The burger patties are as thin as paper so 2 patties are literally just one patty split into two. Seriously. And so all that you are paying for is the bread lettuce and tomatoes and ketchup. Why they call it a FAT BURGER I will never understand at all because It’s not true. As most people have I had more than enough burgers in my life time and these are definitely not an exception. I feel insulted that I should feel as if this is really a fast burger! The only thing that is far is the inflated prices and not just for the burgers but for all of there items on the menu. I will say that the food is tasty but the price and the Q QUANTITY DON’T MATCH!!! and yes I realize that things have went up everywhere and that’s fine but even with this being understood. I still repeat it doesn’t match and if you are trying to treat more than one of you THEN REALLY DON’T GO HERE. IT’S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! SORRY

The burgers are really delicious! The service was excellent. Burgers was juicy and had flavor. Warmed half later and it reheated well. Fries were also tasty without alot of salt. The counter and cook were pleasant and cook were polite and alert. Ordered for take-out and it was still warm when I got home.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered an Original Fatburger WITH bacon, but received it WITHOUT. Mistakes happen, but when I went back to get it corrected, the woman behind the register was hostile from the start. She insisted I never ordered bacon, and refused to remake my now cold burger. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience overall. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

An LA burger joint connected to a gas station on in a random area on the outskirts of fairfield lol don’t blink because you’ll pass this little gem and not even know it. Large,extra large,XXL and xxxl burgers are on the menu crazy! If you can manage to scarf down there biggest burger they put you on there wall of fame. My burger was made completely wrong. I understand that it was close to closing time. Trust me I’ve worked in fast food I understand but seriously. I asked for no onions or relish and yet both were on there. I asked for light lettuce and clearly that isn’t light. I also asked for ketchup and for it to be cut in half. The last two I’m less worried about but what if I had an onion allergy or a relish allergy and because your mad because people keep placing orders and you guys are getting ready to close. But completely disregarding any request for a customer is completely unacceptable. Normally I let things go but I barely ate all day and this is a high disappointment. Normally I enjoy my burgers but this wasn’t even appetizing. I’m very disappointed and I’m a huge burger fan. Like it’s 10:25 pm I work 6 days a week I just wanted to be satisfied with a burger. Sure deeper things in the world is going on but I just wanted a burger

I’ll give it a 4.5. Everything was good, food and services as well. The only dislike bout it was the bread. It felt it was to soft. The bun would break into pieces. The name seemed similar to other burger places but the food was better.
