I went for a huge cheese urger loaded with all the goodies and it turned out amazing. The place was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. The team was warm and polite, making the visit even nicer. Parking was simple too, which is always a relief. Overall, a wonderful meal and a smooth experience.

The burgers here are really true to their name! They are all a nice hefty size and the patties are some of the best you can find in chain restaurants. We ordered 2 large burgers in a combo, in had onion rings, and my son had the fat fries which were nice and crispy. Personally I would have left the onion rings cook a few more seconds to get a nice golden crisp. The shakes were really hard to suck up the straw, which means they use real ice-cream, I’ll never complain about that! The prices are a little higher than your usual fast-food but the quality is a bit higher too. So overall it may be worth your while.

Pissed! Too many mistakes made tonight to accept an apology. You think my boss is gonna accept my apology that I’m late because you guys forgot to make my order then forgot to make my fries? Wasn’t offered a drink or nothing. I don’t find the food too amazing here but for something simple and quick to eat it’s not bad.
I got the Tuesday special where you buy one get one free fatburger. I got a beef and turkey burger..I actually enjoyed the turkey burger! It was juicy and meaty! It wouldn’t be my first stop to enjoy food outside the house but it wouldn’t be a last option either.

I hadn’t been to a Fatburger in several years. The staff was very pleasant and courteous but to my surprise, I spent nearly $30 for a burger fries a drink and a shake. Really? The burger’s OK… I got a few extras but I would rather spend $30-$40 at a good sit down place with a nice steak dinner and better ambience. I just don’t see the value in the type of food versus the price anymore. I wonder if it’s this Fatburger or just the whole chain in general.

The food is good no doubt but the customer service isn’t so great. I’ve been here a few times and each time the customer service isn’t how it should be. They have bad attitudes talk about customers behind there backs I’ve witnessed it. Today I ordered off of grub hub and got a combo I added extra chilli and two types of cheeses one for my burger and one for my fries. I left it in the notes when making my order to put it on the fries. I Laos tried call many times but they either didn’t answer or put me on hold for a long period of time.

Like Jerry, spent over $35 for a burger, fries, a drink and a shake. But that didn’t matter to so-called manager Angelica, who was determined to charge me for a slice of cheese for a mistake that they made. Their model is that you pay extra up front for cheese, etc. and I did so for cheese and bacon.
But when I got the burger the cheese wasn’t even visible on the burger. Finally after searching for it I saw no slice, only a few “traces” of it that had disintegrated inside of one of the meat patties. Unlike most burger places putting cheese, bacon, etc. on top of the patty, they put theirs just above the bottom bun, go figure. Don’t know if that’s what caused the missing cheese, but I couldn’t taste the little I did see either.
The girl who rang my order was nice and willing to bring
me the extra slice at no charge after I showed her the burger as “proof”. She kept offering to heat the slice up but I just wanted a slice unheated so that it too didn’t disintegrate into the burger again. But she came back with
the news of Angelica insisting there would be no slice for me unless I paid for it AGAIN.
She knew her worker witnessed it but that was not enough; I told her worker to tell
her that as a result of this unreasonableness and unfairness and lack of customer service that I was going to give her a bad review.
I wasn’t expecting someone like her to budge from that because she obviously has issues in her personality, but this review is a result of her still refusing to remedy the situation for a customer who will no longer be customer.
I will not be returning for the above reasons, and because the burger was also horrible in taste, crumbled and torn apart, and inedible. So I actually had fries, a drink, and a shake for $35+ dollars.
Think of how ironic it is for someone to have to struggle to get cheese on a burger at a place that sells cheeseburgers. Also under the tables was not clean, and all
of the fountain drinks were “off” in taste with too much carbonation and not enough sweetener. Seems that Fatburger is one Fat Rip-off.
