Fat Burger indeed! Had to disassemble so I could take a bite, couldn’t open my mouth wide enough. Small little place with 6 tables and 6 stools at the counter. Never been before, so was a little overwhelmed on what to get when I 1st walked in. You order at the counter, with a big menu above ya. Luckily when I came in I was the only person there, so I was able to figure it all out. I ended up getting the Original. The young man asked me if I wanted it all the way and then pointed to the poster that explained. Bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, relish, mustard, patty and bun. Then you can add, cheese, egg, bacon, chili and onion rings. So I got it without relish and added cheese, bacon and onion rings. Got a order of “Fat Fries”, so he suggested I get a combo with drink. Placed my order, got my drink from one of Coke Machines with multiple selections, push a button of what you like and different flavors pop up. I got a zero sugar Cherry Lemonade. Took a seat and they brought my food to me in about 8-10mins. They brought my bacon separate and apologized they forgot to put it on, but no biggie. It was super tasty. Looks like true ground beef patties, had a little char on the edges. Onion rings were super crisp. After I squished it, to fit into my mouth, I was very happy I decided to check this place out. They have wings and Chicken sandwichs as well and even a skinny burger with no bun. I wasn’t to thrilled with the fat fries. They were hot, but a little mushy for my tastes. Nothing wrong with them, probably how there supposed to be, so next I’ll try the “Skinny Fries”. Lunch was about $19, so not the cheapest place, but if you know what to expect you’ll be good. By the time I left, they place was packed. If your looking for a good burger, can’t go wrong with a FatBurger!

The cashier we had was very nice and very patient. He’s a wonderful employee and I really hope the best for him. That being said, the food was too expensive for no reason, some kid came out and told my MIL the ice cream was “too soft” (???) to make her milkshake, and they served her raw chicken. First time going, will be the last. There are no excuses for that kid’s behavior and there is definitely no excuse to not check food temps. This could kill somebody. Either do better or shut the place down.

DON’T GO HERE Worst burger spot I’ve been too. From the customer service down to the food. Notice that this place is charging NYC PRICES down in the Richmond are. While attending this establishment We had two impossible burgers which was cold and looked like a no love was put into it. Also ordered some onion rings which were refried and the fries didn’t taste like anything. Along with that we order two milk shakes which was mediocre and thick could barely use the straw to drink them and also order an lemonade that was blah. DONT GO HERE

So never been. Decided to try it with my son. The burgers are tasty. They are different from Five Guys. Thinner patties. Lot more flavor though. Thick fries are solid. Be prepared to spend $20/meal with tip at least. It’s not cheap. Don’t expect your burger in 1-2 minutes. They cook it fresh. I had heard the place was a train wreck when it opened but I was pleasantly surprised. They have wings and chicken as well as milkshakes. Looks like beer on tap is coming. They have sports on bring screens. Definitely try it once.

My son and I ate lunch at FATBURGER. We had the original burgers. They were really good. My son had skinny fries and I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries. We also, had the Maui Banana Shakes and they were very delicious. If you are ever in Midlothian stop by FATBURGER. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, and food is good. You will not be disappointed!

I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries for dinner through the website. When I arrived a couple minutes early, my food was ready and waiting for me.
The food tasted pretty good! But, there was 1 thing wrong, the price. Charging $4 for fries that’s the same size as a medium McDonald’s fries is ridiculous. That and $8-$9 for each burger is overpriced. I paid for this dinner because we’ve never eaten here before and wanted to try it out.
We won’t be back. I’m glad we tried it but we’ll spend our money elsewhere.

Edit: I’ve been a regular customer now since this location opened, looking forward to the next time I go. There were struggles with hours of operation at first, but burger’s have only improved! Their food is always an 8 out of 10 and up, very delicious, they use a decent amount of thousand island, burger is always charred nicely, it’s what you would expect from a hamburger spot.
The burger itself is thin, not a smash burger but also not restaurant style. It’s a classic backyard bbq type burger.
Their fries are super delicious, their dairy-free / vegan milkshakes could use cookies and cream, but the standard chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry is always a must. Highly recommend for any and all burger cravings.

Growing up in San Diego, and having lived in LA I definitely was excited for this location to open and was not disappointed. When I went the first time it was like a dream – better than any in n out. Bun was toasted, the burger was charred, the ingredients were portioned and placed respectfully. Honestly it was the pinnacle of burgers.
I went a second time and my entire order was messed up. The bun not toasted, the entire “works” was missing, it was just a plain hamburger with a line across the bun of thousand island.
Please do not hold back on the sauces, please keep toasting the bun, please put the works on orders that request the works, please respect the char on the burgers. It was so delicious the first time I know this restaurant can get it together.
Really rooting for this location to stay open. I tell every single person I know that likes burgers to go and check it out and keep going. Highly recommend to anyone curious, yes go they might have an off day or you might get the absolute best burger of your life.

This is a Fast food burger for a gourmet restaurant burger price. It was dry and the cheese is extra. The onion rings taste like flour. This was $16.41 for a single burger without cheese and a dry patty. Don’t waste your money. I was very disappointed. Stop by a drive thru and save yourself frustration and money.

Pros:Wings were GREAT—I had the honey garlic. My niece had the chili cheese fries on a different occasion which she loved!
Cons: 1)No phone/online orders currently 2)they advertise 4 burgers but they were out of the large patties which they use for 3 of the 4 burgers so we were reduced to the original burger as our only choice 3)can be a bit pricey no prices listed online
Overall taste not bad for the items we tried but 4 original burgers two regular fries and small wings NO drinks or shakes ran us $60. Fulfilling but not what I hoped or expected.

For the amount of money spent, the food portions were not worth it. I got the 6 pc boneless wing meal and it came with fries and a drink. The drink options were limited to soda and tea, and the sodas were just carbonated water. Spent $35 on 2 meals and couldn’t get a good drink.
