My XXL burger I ordered was burnt and dry, it was simply disappointing in every way…..
The person making the burgers has not ethical principles at all….
When I got my burger I asked for extra condiments and the guy who handled my burger made me feel like a was begging for something….
Don’t forget I paid almost $19 for just a hamburger……..
I live in L.A., and everytime I am close to Morongo casino I come here to have a delicious burger….
But this time was a horrible non-delicious hamburger……
I wish I could get anything else from any other venue honestly

$20 for a burger and fries. The fries had about a handful for $5 (skinny fries) the burger was far from a “fat burger” about 12 soggy strands of lettuce. Bread extremely dry, patty over cooked and dry. Just take your money a few steps away to wahlburgers. It’s cheaper, better quality, and more food. No wonder they’re closing all the fat burgers around.

This is the closest fat burger near me, about a 30 to 40min min drive there. The food is great, but the price has sky rocketed. I’ve always have been able to get refills on my drinks, and all of the sudden “sorry brotha we don’t do refills” I spent $86 for food and I can’t even get a refill? That’s crazy. All food places I’ve been too always give free refills on sodas. Really shocks me that the cashier told me that. Glad they have other food options in the food court.

No line, quick service was a plus. The burger was no where near its price in value. $5 at best, this is ridiculous. However, I must admit…the Maui-Banana shake is worth its weigh in gold. This is my third location (the others being in Carson and Moreno Valley) and there is just too much hype surrounding Fatburger. Give it a try, I’m sure you won’t return at those prices considering the prices.

Food was good but customer service was lacking. I was the only person that place an order 7:30pm did not get my food until 8:00pm they gave me cold fries while having just made a fresh batch ask the cashier Nadine for fresh fries she first touch my fries to make sure I guess I was not lying. Wow! Fatburger is a food chain will continue to consume there food probably not from this place.
