Very good customer service food was pretty good good the staff who I feel was the manager was very nice and helpful and the Resteraunt was very nice and clean and the restrooms too ber clean I ate outside at the outdoor seating which was very chill and nice food was good like 5 guys I would say but it’s definitely a chill nice place and reasonable for Beverly Hills!!!

Fire …. And I like that I was able to order over the phone and pay when I got there to pick up the food and it was already ready so my driver didn’t have to wait long at all… I got a regular cheeseburger with all the fixings on it and a chili cheese fry with skinny fries and light chili… Literally chef’s kiss and that burger was banging 10 out of 10

The food was prepared for it is just the quality of the food. That was a big struggle for me and also like the ingredients and the oil. The grease that was being used for the fries. Something’s wrong. It’s off. It had this odor like I’m hypersensitive with my taste buds. And it was just not good smelling. Or tasting the oil. It was hard to explain, but it almost makes me want to regurgitate. SonI could not finish the food.Whatsoever, as far as appearance, the food looked fine.It was just , you know , once I started to try and enjoy it that I realized the problem

Food is excellent. The restaurant is pretty run down, its never clean here and it would be great if they would keep the tables wiped. There is seating inside and outside. The workers seem friendly. I’d say they are pretty pricey for a burger joint. I bought a medium burger meal (fries and a drink) which came out to $13.74, no add ons and you can buy much larger burgers. Overall, good food.
I should add that the girl delivered my food to a dirty table and never even bothered coming back to wipe it. Gross.

I walked in and the place is small. I ordered a regular fatburger. When I got it the burger the patty was so dry and the edges of the patty were crispy. Did they cook it an hour ago and just let it sit on the grill to dry out? I like fatburger but not the fatburger that was served to me today. I don’t want to go back there because the quality of food is horrible. I took a few bites and went some where else for food because it was so bad I could not finish my $10.00 burger. I had to use the restroom when I arrived. I went to their restroom and it was stinky and messy. It did not have any toilet seat covers so I had to use toilet paper as a liner. There was no lock on the bathroom door so anyone can open the door at any time and see me sitting there. That is a very uneasy feeling.

Wow – this is the first burger I haven’t finished in my life. Firstly requested no egg or dairy and the patty was covered in cheese. The burger was soggy beyond belief and despite not liking ketchup on fries, I found myself slathering it on them just to give them some flavour as they were cold and bland. Wouldn’t have eaten any of it had I not just travelled 20 hours from Australia or paid 15 dollars for it.
