I door dashed from this location. I attempted to contact them to resolve and no response so I’ll share my experience here. These are the “chicken tenders” they allowed to leave their store. This entire meal was 60 dollars for 2 burgers, tenders, and three fries- this is what we got. Eat at your own risk and you guys should be ashamed to serve this. By the way this was ordered as soon as this location opened. There’s no excuse really

Im from Tucson and was super excited to try Fatburger. Extremely disappointing. I saw them reheat old fries. The onion rings were soaky,lacked flavor and burnt. The burgers were cold and the shakes were nothing special. I went for the impossible burger and vegan shake. The vegan shake was plain and way overpriced.Not to mention where it’s located, parking is 3 bucks and hour.

This is by far the worst Fatburger I’ve ever visited. Any visit to a restaurant ALWAYS starts with cleanliness. If you can’t do this daily you have failed.
It was obvious no one cares about it here. I wanted to dine in but once you see an unclean place it’s not possible for me.
Next, and I’ve never experienced this…how can you serve food and not have ANY napkins or utensils until this place.
This location is on a college campus. Shame this is a perfect place for learning and they’re not teaching work ethic or cleanliness.

I love Fatburger! Or I used to. This place has become run-down and not clean inside. The grill is dirty, and my burger was extremely burnt! The kid acted surprised, as if he didn’t know he had served me a hockey puck. Then remade it, and the second one was beyond burnt and so heavily seasoned. I gave a bite to each of the people with me, and they said it’s horrible. I had to throw it out. The kid working was quite slow, and apparently the only employee. Finally, the second employee came in, and when I asked for a manager’s information, they refused. They said they always season them that way. We also ordered two kids’ meals, and he said we didn’t. He said the kid’s meal doesn’t include fries. Unfortunately, we were not given a receipt either, nor was it offered.

I hate to be a “kids these days” but here we are. I just ate the most dry over cooked burger I’ve ever ate in my life. Thankfully it had mayo and mustard otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to swallow it. One of the workers told the person cooking the burgers “hey I think you’re leaving the burgers on too long” and the other guy said “personally I think they taste better like this” absolutely not. If you want a burnt burger that’s fine but cook it the right way for the customers. It took almost 15 minutes for my food to come out just to open the bag to fat fries when I asked for skinny ones. Wanted bbq sauce and they only had one to give me cause “they are out”. Worst 20 dollars I spent on food. Whoever is in charge of checking the reviews really needs to get the employees better training. Awful.

Hasn’t changed since the last fatburger I had 7 years ago. I just wish they’d bring back that bacon and egg sandwich. I’ve been on the west coast 5 days, and I’ve had 3 fatburgers … deliciousness

We ordered on grub hub. Fatburger called us and said they didn’t have the double XXL burgers and need to reorder this whole meal. After placing another 95$ order again!!!!!! We get the meal 90+ mins later, cold soggy, drink orders wrong! Ugh I hate spending steak house money for fast food and it’s trash! We ordered at 955pm and didn’t get the food till 1155pm. This place needs to take it self off of delivery. The burger was good…but it was cold!!!! We had a cold burger and soggy fries and paid 95 bucks for 3 ppl. Don’t order this place on grubhub! Man what a disappointment

It’s in a gas station, so seating was limited, but the people watching is next level. Burger was HUGE. Great taste. I could not finish a double, it was just too much. No fries, just a burger and water to drink, and it was still to big to finish.

I don’t believe I’ve ever experienced such lack of urgency or care from 3 people making simple burgers. You won’t get very far very fast by making one order of fries at a time. The burger patties were off the grill at least ten minutes before they even dressed and wrapped them. I can’t imagine what would happen if more than two people walked in to order.
