The figure serving us was fantastic although we do wish there would have been earlier clarification on what was missing from the menu, but she was great. The food was great and I ordered the firestarter burger which was really good but it is EXTREMELY hot, be sure to order the ghost pepper sauce on the side instead of on it. My dad ordered the same thing and it was hilarious watching him eat.

This restaurant is located in downtown Crestview, FL. If you are nearby, I highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. There is a full-service bar with a very nice outdoor area that has some activities for children. The hours are Monday through Sunday 10am to 10pm.

As someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand when its getting close to the end of the shift everyone wants to go home, do their side works, get the stove cleaned , and get home, and when someone walks in or orders 30 minutes or 10 minutes before you its a drag. So again I would never do that!
With that being said , due to my long day as we all do I forgot to eat. So my friend orders a smashburger from here at 8:30 , mind you 8:30! it gets to me at 9:02 . I open it and the order looked like the cooks were upset , small portion of fries and parts of the burger were raw, and other parts were well . I find this out after taking a bite out of it. Not only was the burger extremely salty but the fries were cold! It wasn’t a big deal to me so I said hey wasn’t planning on cooking but I threw the Patty’s on my stove to try and reduce the salt and even out the temperature. Well unfortunately it was still salty !
So I call the restaurant just to let them know hey might want to let the cooks know whatever seasoning or sauce is used its overly salty. Trust me I know it happens sometimes. I wasn’t calling for a new order or even a refund at this point. Just wanted to let it be known, I spoke with the manager Kelly who didn’t seem to really give 2 cares in the world even giggled and was like well thank you for letting me know I’ll let the cooks know. With nothing being offered which I would have declined and let her know I’m calling for a remake. Instead I had to let it be known during our moment of silence that I didnt want anything in return, because she said well im not sure what to do. Well dont be a manager!
I then woke up at 4 in the morning throwing up, with a hurt tummy, and diarrhea . I call the restaurant and speak with the GM Hailey who was absolutely uncaring and rude. I explained to her what happened and she said,” well im confused idk how ur sick from salty, im not trying to be rude but like whats going on” well if you have to say you’re not trying to be rude you already know you are being rude. Then proceeds to say well Hailey didn’t call me last night so I have no clue what your talking about. Just the unfriendly approach from the beginning will never make come to this establishment. I now know why the servers complains about management here. I used to just listen to the bartenders , bc I take everything with a grain of salt no pun intended, until I experience it myself. Last night , I gotta taste literally and figuratively of what the bartenders complain about. Now I see why Kelly could have cared less, bc the GM Hailey definitely did. Dear Hailey and Kelly do better, bc if thats what you call professional its disgusting. Im definitely going to do my research now to see if they are up to health codes!

Was there for dinner with my husband and 3 kids. There were 5 of us and they included a tip on the bill without telling us. We ended up paying $38 tip on a hundred dollar bill. I have never heard of anywhere that considered 5 people a large party. It would have been fine if our server Lana would have told us that the tip had already been included. First time visiting and I’m not very happy.

Went here with the Missus and we had mixed results with the food. We actually went back 2 days in a row. 1st visit wife got the Flounder Sandwich, I got the cheesesteak sandwich and some wings. Wings were SUPER GOOD. My cheesesteak needed more cheese. There was none on top. So that was a little disappointing. She enjoyed her sandwich.
Second day she ordered fish Tacos and it was super disappointing. Seemed like 1 small piece of fish, crumbled over 3 Tacos and then over loaded with cheese and lettuce and guacamole. VERY little fish. I got the Bacon Burger and it had potential, but the burger was cool. Not hot, cheese not melted either. I didn’t have the heart to send it back because my wife sent her Tacos back.
Our service was a little lackluster too. We had to LOOK for our server. When he was there, he was very attentive. We just didn’t see enough of him.
Also a Nerf Gun fight broke out amongst the staff. Looked like fun, but do we really want to see that when we are having food issues. I realize they are servers and not cooks. But if this type of “fun” happens in front of house, what is happening back of house?

The food here is mid and expensive. We ordered Togo. I mistakenly ordered 12 boneless instead of bone in. These things were fried hard and really small. The price was $15. Not worth it.

This was my first time at this location. It was a Thursday afternoon and it was not crowded at all! I felt welcomed and appreciated. Sever was amazing and service was also great. I did go to the bathroom is always clean and taking care of. There is street parking unsure if there is a parking lot. I do highly recommend this spot !

Stopped in for lunch at opening time. Been there numerous times before. Ordered bacon burger, regular burger, 2 ales and 2 skinny margaritas.
$72 later, service was excellent, cleanliness was excellent. Burgers were not fresh made patties as advertised. Bacon was pre cooked and cold. As soon as we finished eating, wife was loosing her lunch in the restroom. Last visit we will ever make.

Was a bit expensive. Food pictured with drink was $38. Maui burger was very good. Zucchini fries and onion thing not so much. Ranch dressing was thin. Fries and onion appetizer needed to be cooked longer. Wasn’t crunchy enough for me. Server was very attentive and friendly.

Visited Fatboys on November 6, 2024 at approximately 330pm for a late lunch with three of my buddies. We were greeted by our waitress Staci who was a great host and spoke with us and joked with us during our visit. I ordered the roadhouse burger with their home made fries. My friends ordsred the lumberjack, the Mexican, the sunrise and I ordered the roadhouse burger. My burger was good, I didn’t really care for the pork but I still ate it the burger was 4/5, to be fair it’s just a burger nothing special. The price was just under $20 which isn’t really justified for a burger but I will say the fries were damn good. Overall the hostess made this place a fun place to be, food is decent but for the price I personally think it’s on the higher side for a handheld food place but 4/5 in total
