As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay a while! Located in Sumner, right off exit 167, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US – and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. We hired Fat Zach’s for our wedding on 7-15-23. Prior to that, we had visited the restaurant near the fairgrounds a handful of times. Every interaction has been a positive experience! At the restaurant they are always friendly and the food comes quickly. And the FOOD! The pizza is our favorite, as well as the breadsticks. My wife enjoys the pickle pizza and I enjoy the chicken bacon ranch. As for our wedding, the whole experience was great from our tasting to the planning to the actual day. Fat Zach’s went above and beyond, arriving early, accommodating various dietary restrictions, having the food ready in time, and then boxing up all the leftovers. The employees were kind and friendly and helped answer any of our questions. We highly recommend Fat Zach’s for pizza night or your big day!

I’m here to tell you there is a whole lot more than just great pizza at this restaurant. Fat Zach’s Pizza will leave you full but with an appetite for more. The atmosphere is family friendly, (feels safe) a lot can be said about that nowadays. The staff are so friendly, and I’m always feeling good about my choice to support this business. My favorite hometown pizza.. so good, I crave it at least once a week. The place can get very busy at the weekend, and even some weeknights, so come prepared to wait a little bit. Sometimes service is a bit slow, but to be expected at times. The turnaround time is still pretty fast. Freshest and tastiest ingredients around. I’m not sure about the canollis – if they are made there or brought in, but I had some that were not tasting fresh- may have sat too long in the fridge. It could be a one time thing though. Worth a try. Everything else has always been top notch. Highly recommend.

We stopped here and got one of the specials. We got the Jett, Mama Rita, NBD, Garlic Cheese Bread, Caprese salad, and Sugar Mama dessert. I had a taste of everything and they were all delicious. The NBD pickle pizza was my favorite. The pizzas were made pretty quickly. I would recommend this restaurant for pizza!

I asked my daughter to pick a place that was not a chain restaurant and she wanted to try this place. So I took my daughter, son in law and grandson to eat there. The pizza was really good, but small in size, but that was okay. The employees were really friendly and seem to enjoy working there. I would go there again if the opportunity presents itself again.
