Very disappointed with our pizzas from Fat Zach’s…. We have had these pizzas many times before and enjoyed them. Even had catering.. but it seems like it has gone down hill in quality. It seems they’re so focused on making it fast or something that the pizzas just lacked.
We picked up a to go order for our family to enjoy. We got the family pack with three pizzas, salads and dessert pizza… all were not great, except the salad was fresh and crisp. The pizzas were below the standard of a frozen pizza. We will not be ordering again. Honestly I would have enjoyed a frozen digiornos pizza more.

Oh my goodness. The cheesy garlic bread is literally to die for, the pizza and crust are delicious and the service is great too! Overall a great experience and we will absolutely be back! They even make their own ranch and sell bottles of it. So good!

The staff here is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. In regards to the food, I’ve tried ordering from here a few times and every time I order a gluten-free pizza, the pizza crust is always burnt. The one time I ordered bread sticks, they were more like the texture of a thick loaf of bread and not anything like savory bread sticks. (Since then, I haven’t ordered it ever again.) On the other hand, the garden salad is always fresh and enjoyable.
-UPDATE-
Per your recommendations, I went to your South Hill location but found out there was no pizza pass with my name. Luckily, Meagan was extremely kind and did a service recovery on your behalf, FZ Team. As you suggested, I ordered a garlic cheese bread, a Fat Boy pizza (not gluten free this time), and a garden salad. The garlic cheese bread definitely tops the breadsticks when it comes to the consistency and flavor. The pizza tasted so much better because the crust was fluffier and wasn’t burnt or hard. Also, for someone who likes generic pizza toppings, Fat Boy tasted a lot better than the Farmer’s Market, First Responder or Mama Rita. Just an FYI, the pepperoni may be a tad spicy for children or for people who have very low tolerance for heat.

I’ve heard about Fat Zachs pizza but today I am hooked! It was an amazing experience from the minute we walked in the door. The space was clean. The staff super friendly. The food delicious! Can’t wait to visit and try a new flavor combination.

After a day of yardwork my husband and I decided to take the kids out for pizza for dinner. This was our first time coming to Fat Zachs and we will definitely be going back. It was a slow Saturday evening, not many people in, and the staff was on point making sure we were taken care of. Sky and the other young man working were fantastic to our little boys. Good crust, fresh sauce, quality toppings and tasy ranch! The only downside to our visit was there was some gross pieces of spring mix lettuce in my salad (I know that is very common with spring mix, especially this time of year). And my son bit into a very burnt and bitter bit of something from the oven that stuck to the crust. Maybe brush out the inside of the oven more often. Otherwise a great experience and good food!
With over 16 years experience working in restaurant and customer service I know how easy it is to be lazy and unaware of what customers actually observe. The 3 employees on were all very friendly, professional, and stayed on task the whole time. Way to go Fat Zachs for having employees who take pride in their work.

This place is great! The team is very helpful and efficient! GF, vegetarian and vegan options available! A lot of space to host a group of friends and even a party! A lot of parking. The wood fired pizza definitely takes it to another level! Also, the wings were cooked to perfection. Bring your family and friends! You won’t be disappointed.

First time there and we will return. Their 2-4-$28 is a great deal bc 2 people can build their own. Pizzas are 10″. Lunch time on a Wednesday was not busy at all. Good parking lot too; easy in/out with a signal for Meridian (hwy 161).

Pizza did not even rise to the level of mediocrity. There should be a law against selling a pizza made from $.25 worth of flour, canned pizza sauce, inferior cheese, and then burning it.
