hits the spot for indulgent treats! Their chocolate shake is rich, creamy, and super chocolatey—perfectly thick and satisfying without being overly artificial. It’s a great way to cool off after demolishing one of their massive fat sandwiches or wings. Definitely worth grabbing if you’re craving something sweet and decadent!

The worker was very nice, very quick, brought the food to me and let me know he put in all the sauces and napkins for me. The food was great. Fries were crunchy with great flavor and the fried pickles. Everything came out hot and fresh.

Fat shack, normally I absolutely love this place. Tonight was the worst experience me and my family have had. We walked into to tables covered in nast. (Crumbs, ketchup, etc.) Then we make the mistake of ordering first set was 10 wings, 5 bbq/ 5 buffalo, the person behind the counter had no idea how to do this. A sandwich with ranch. (Got it.) Second sandwich no fries, add fried pickle. Food came, chicken was good. Last sandwich had fries on it, and a side charge for pickles. Plus me and my daughter were sticking to the floor of the restaurant. Beyond aggravated and disappointed.

Fatshack in Bryan is a waste of money. Menu has gone downhill since taking away options to customize. Used to be able to make a classic chicken sandwich without all the crud on it but that’s gone. Half price wing mondays are gone, upgrade your fry to a large for a $1, gone. Not open until 4pm now!?
General staff are always a pleasure but management has run the place down. Cutting options and operation hours is NOT the way to keep customer retention. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years but will not returning.

One star out of five. If zero were an option, this place would earn it. Despite being part of a chain known for its “Fat” burgers with over-the-top toppings like macaroni and cheese, mozzarella sticks, and grilled onions, this location disappoints in every way. Even with advertisements on the tables showing these extravagant options, they only offer bacon as an add-on. When I asked about the usual toppings, I was met with an unnecessarily aggressive “we don’t do that here.” A polite explanation would have been fine, but the rudeness was uncalled for. The burger itself was bland, dry, and tasted burnt—well beyond a simple sear. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy: greasy handprints on tables, trash scattered around, and wobbly, unclean surfaces. We spent $40 on two meals, waited 20 minutes, and received cold fries alongside a sad, disappointing burger. Save your time and money—head to Whataburger or Burger King for a better meal at a lower cost. I’ll continue to visit this chain in other cities, but never this location again.

Sack that orange mouthstached lanky guy. He is very rude. I walked I. To pick an order and showed him a phone and he decided to curse me out saying I would have at least said hi ( sir it’s not my job, what if I am dumb or don’t speak English) I asked him politely what the problem is and he explained and said if I don’t want I should get out. He’d run y’all down. Let him Go!!

Fat Shack is the TRUTH!
I’m not sure what it was like before Josh took ownership last week, but if there was an option for more stars ⭐️ they would be getting them. The food is great, but the staff is what made my trip and the reason for this review.
Between Ashley, Cheyenne, Austin and the new Bossman (Josh) the experience is unique, but in the best of ways. A friendly welcome and great attitudes. It’s such a chill vibe that I think the food tastes better just from the atmosphere the staff creates here! Which is hard to believe, bc the food is already cloud-nine.
The owners take on the milkshakes makes perfect sense:
“They are simple but if you get too carried away with adding to something like a milk shake; in my opinion, you are stealing from the timelessness of the immortal American staple.” -Josh
