Came here at 1am and it’s peaceful and literally what you looking for a late night time place to eat at. Have this giant pillows so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Very fresh food and affordable prices. Each cent worth it. Loving it definitely coming back

The 11 am-4 pm $10.99 burger lunch special was good! It comes with a single cheeseburger, french fries & fountain drink. I ordered the $10.99 half-fat shack. Added fried pickles and cheddar cheese sauce. Next time I’ll only order a half or whole philly cheesesteak sandwich. The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren’t my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it. I guess the establishment doesn’t accept calls. No one answers the phone! When I arrived, it didn’t take long to prepare my order. The service was decent, and the establishment had a cool vibe.

First and foremost the parking situation is very limited and kind of hard to get to in proximity to the store. When you first walk in it has a late night bar feel, store has an odd smell, my shoes stuck to the floor and tables were dirty. Cleanliness is definitely low on the totem pole. Bathroom smells terrible and wasn’t very clean. Ordering was fairly easy. There are many options to choose from. I ordered the fat cow and my partner ordered the fat doobie. The fat cow was pretty tasteless and had way more fries than anything else which over powered any other taste. Overall a 2 out of 5. The fat doobie had way more taste and food flavors than the cow I’d give it a 4 out of 5. Also ordered fried funnel cake bites. When you think funnel cake you think crispy fried dough and powdered sugar. These “bites” are more like donut holes but thicker and chewier. Not what I was expecting and fell very short on flavor. Overall I’d give this a 3 out of 5. If you’re drunk or this place would be good, otherwise probably just skip it.

This was our first time going. My 21 year old son wanted to go for his birthday. This burger was OK at best, nothing even worth mentioning. I only ate half yet I vomited it all up when I got home. The fries were bland and we also got cheese fries and they had some generic velveeta gpc on top they were disgusting. I ordered one large and one small chocolate shake those weren’t even made till after everyone ate. There were six of us, five adults and one child. The customer service was awful they didn’t even tell me the shakes were going to take that long. I spent $85 then a tip so $95 and honestly i felt like it was such a waste of money. I wasn’t impressed I would never go back here again. I didn’t address the issues with the people who worked there, we were the only people in the restaurant. Two thumbs down fo sho!!!!

Came here for a birthday dinner. We must have been on the early side of their rush because we were the only people here. The food came out quickly and looked delicious. I suggest ordering extra sauce or condiments on your sandwich as the fries make it kind of dry. Also they are super filling so you can order less than typical. The small size is plenty. Their fries are incredible! The employees were polite and even checked ingredient labels on product packaging for those of us with allergies. The bathrooms are clean but maybe not the most accessible for those in need. All the ordering is done via an iPad kiosk rather than face to face.

They serve burgers and “fat sandwiches” which are basically a ton of toppings/sides shoved into a sandwich roll.
We got the “fat jersey”, “fat shack” and “fat cow”.
They were massive with tons of flavor! The fat shack had a little bit of everything, and it tasted the best!

This was my third time trying here. First time eating here during lunch hours in-person. I am big on customer service and their service was great! The food was hot and well prepared. The burger tasted okay and the fried oreos wasn’t a hit for me. The food is very pricey. I spent almost $20 for this meal. I gave them a three because as I sat and ate lunch I fought flies and a gnat and I saw the restaurant could benefit from a little cleaning.

Upon receiving my meal, I was disappointed to find it was served cold and drenched in an excessive amount of sauce. To prevent this issue, I had requested that the sauce be served on the side. However, the staff’s response to my simple request was dismissive, which was quite frustrating.
Having just come from a long day of classes, I was not in the mood for a debate with him, but I felt compelled to address the situation. After a frustrating phone call in which my request for a refund was met with refusal, I decided to share my experience through a review.
When I tried to explain my circumstances, the staff member not only interrupted me but also raised his voice—an alarming display of unprofessionalism. I was merely seeking a refund because I had not consumed any of the food due to its unappetizing condition. Rather than resolving the issue, he obstinately declared, “You are not getting a refund!”
This raises an important question: How many other students have experienced similar treatment in this establishment?
