Had a wonderful experience at Fat Rosie’s! The service was awesome, and Ivan was especially great—very attentive and friendly. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The kids also enjoyed coloring and doing puzzles while waiting for the food, which kept them happily busy. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

I’ve been to this Fat Rosie’s location many times, but this was the best visit yet. I went for a work lunch with 14 people (we called the day before to make sure). Our service was fast and, as usual, the food tasted great.

Fat Rosie’s in Lincolnshire is hands-down one of my favorite spots for authentic Mexican food and a fun night out! The atmosphere is vibrant, lively, and perfect for both family dinners and date nights. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
Their margaritas are fantastic, fresh, strong, and the perfect match for the meal. Everything tastes homemade, and the portions are generous.
The restaurant is clean, well-run, and the energy makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Especially when the photographer comes around for family photo! Whether you’re craving street-style tacos, fajitas, or just a great Happy Hour, Fat Rosie’s in Lincolnshire delivers an outstanding dining experience.

We ate here for the first time while visiting the area. The food was absolutely phenomenal with very generous portions. Excellent decor and atmosphere all around the establishment. The service by Danna was top-notch, friendly and accommodating. She was very attentive, provided excellent recommendations and was one of the reasons we returned to eat again a couple of days later. We requested her section but unfortunately she was off that day. However the return visit was equally excellent. Highly recommended establishment for many reasons and if in the area again we will be back to Fat Rosie’s!! They don’t have 4.9 stars for no reason!! (Be aware…. The nachos are listed as a starter but they are absolutely a meal in themselves – and are delicious!!)

We got the steak fajitas, shrimp, mahi and steak tacos, elote and chicken tamales. So flavorful. Made sure to bring home my leftovers. Inside is beautifully decorated. Service is attentive and friendly. Will be back more often.

We had an amazing meal — everything was incredibly tasty. The vegetables and meat were perfectly cooked, and each dish was served with sauces, sour cream, and delicious local sauces. Even the dessert was better than what we usually get in Mexico.
The only small downside was the constant mini-requests like “should we bring the check?” which created a slight feeling of being rushed. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the food was truly delicious.

We had an amazing time at Fat Rosie’s!! Pablo was on top of things and gave an excellent service to the youth from GBN . Kids got a blast with the sombreros and Birthday celebrations! Food was delicious and I can’t wait to come back !!!

I celebrated my sister birthday at the Lincolnshire location and we an amazing experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks were delicious.
