Ordered Bae burger fries and Hot dog and onion rings. Burger did not have any seasoning and the grilled onions were left off but charged (server removed). Onion rings were over cooked. Hot dog and fries were tasty. Server (Jocelyn) was exceptional.

I ordered the Bae burger & fries. My bun was burnt, my fries were cold, my egg was over done, the cheese was old AND they didn’t add the grilled onions I requested (and was charged extra for). So to say how the burger was, unfortunately I can’t… and it wasn’t cut in half like I requested, but that’s fine.
My fiance ordered a spicy shrimp wrap which he enjoyed, except that he requested grilled onions (was charged extra for this) weren’t on the wrap nor was there cheese and his fries were also cold.
I placed the order online at 8:46 and picked it up at 9pm (the site said it’d be ready at 9:06), the site said they closed at 10. With an hour left, serving burnt & cold food is wild.
I normally order the Mile High, I guess I should have stayed w/ what I know. I hope the next person gets a fresh burger & fries. And don’t forget to ask for ketchup because they won’t put it unless you ask.

An hour before the restaurant’s closing time, we called in to place our meal order and were greeted by unfriendly staff. Despite being told our food would be ready in 15 minutes, we found upon arrival that the staff had no record of our call, leading to an additional wait. Unfortunately, the catfish poboy had very little catfish, and the Sprite was flat and mixed with another drink. The experience was disappointing due to both the service and food quality.

Page and Emily were great! I’ll start with the bad. Each time I went, it was dead. I don’t know why, but it felt a little corporate. Best nachos I’ve ever had at a bar great beer, wine, margaritas, and memosa specials. Staff are super friendly and work hard. I’ll say it’s the best sports atmosphere I’ve experienced in Lafayette area so far, but they play music over games. Hope this helps.

WORST meal ever! Had the grilled Maui —- very rubbery, over cooked. We sent entire dish back! It came with garlic mashed potatoes, which seemed like they had been reheated too many times. Granted this place says Bar & Grille —- probably should stick “bar only “ My hubs had the coney chili dog even he said it was horrible and how do you mess up a hot dog!

Waitress was nice. Atmosphere was nice. Burger was meh ‍♂️.
Onion rings were typical good frozen fried onion rings.
Disappointing that all burgers are cooked “well done”! Not something you’d expect from a restaurant that specializes in Burgers.
Waitress said it was due to the quality of meat that’s purchased by the owners. In other words it’s as if they’re buying ground beef in a tube from Walmart but they’re charging for prime rib

Fried pickles and ultimate nachos were the bomb!! The macOS could easily feed 2 ppl. The ranch is homemade and really good. Waitress was very attentive and quick. The food did take a little long to come out imo

Atmosphere & Service: UNWELCOMIMG
We walked in, no one is present to greet you nor seat you at the front entrance. The set up is terrible. We didn’t know what to do. There was no directive stating “wait to be seated nor seat yourself.” There were no workers in sight. 2 guest had to tell us seat ourselves. After sitting there for 5 minutes, I asked my fiancé, “well how will anyone know we’re here.” And… that’s exactly what happened, we sat there for about 10-12min with no acknowledgement, until a Caucasian lady walked in, went to the restroom, walked out, came back in, & walked up to a server to ask questions. So my fiancé had to get up & let her know we’ve BEEN waiting. She went get another lady from the back who act like she was too busy to manage her 2 tables.
The entrées were okay but the sides were a complete WASTE. Nothing interesting or special about bland-cold fries.

Needless to say. My family is never returning to this branch; however, if you want a TRUE Fat Pat experience try the Lake Charles location. 100% better food, SERVICE, and Atmosphere

Absolutely terrible. Worst shrimp poboy I have ever had in my life and I am so disappointed that we stopped here on our road trip. Maybe ate shrimp on the whole sandwich in the bread’s not fresh. Too much seasoning on the fries. Not very good at all. Definitely not worthy of the name. The shrimp are undercooked also.

I just left while waiting forever for a waitress to take my order. They were too busy talking to each other and playing in their cell phones. It was 2:00PM and they weren’t busy at all. First time to try them but I won’t be back to a venue that I have to beg someone to takeover my order.
