Have been here a zillion times, but realized I have not reviewed it! First to make comment is that their pub-grub is the hilite. Their beer is solid, but not my, personal, favorite beer menu. They have a good variety so you will find something the meets your palate, and do not be afraid to work with the server to taste and find a good fit. The bar and the brewery wants you to have a good beer experience! I am a bit of a hop-head and their hoppy offerings are good, but not my favorites.
They have changed the menu somewhat recently so I will mention what I had so far. The Chicago beef is rock solid, and the Cubano is good. Their burger has always been a star on the menu. They used to have a gyro that was also very good, so maybe it will circle back some day.
However the Squirds are the gold medal on the menu! They also have excellent wings.
There are a host of flatbread/pizzas that are good options.
They used to have a trivia night, but it stopped at one point, but may have come back?
They have lots of events (holiday kinda things) and they have an event room you can rent for any special occasion!
When in EP and you want some good beer and some great pub-grub, this is your place!

I had ordered a meal though door dash to try their food for the first time. And as door dash does, they delivered the wrong order and our order was delivered elsewhere. I called down to the brewery and the manager on duty (I missed getting her name) was incredibly accommodating, and offered to remake our food. I decided to drive down as my 3 year old was ravenous, and waited for our food at the bar. Fun atmosphere, and the typical noise level of a brewery on a Weekend night. The manager whom I spoke to offered me incredible hospitality and took care of my family’s dinner in a quick turn around. I offered to pay for our food as it wasnt the brewery’s fault another company cant figure their life out, but was quickly denied. It was super busy there as there was a comedy show going on, and it was a Friday night. It was very appreciated by my family, And the food was great! We got rubens. Pretzel bites and a kid cheeseburger. Only bit of criticism I’d offer is a little less 1000 island to meat ratio on the Ruben. But no complaints otherwise. I believe you’ve made a solid customer of me and my family, I feel bad I didn’t catch her name, but thank you! We will be sure to stop in again to try the rest of your offerings!

I’d say it’s the best brewery in town, but it’s pretty much the only brewery in town – so we’re lucky it’s as good as it is!

The brews and drinks are always good and fun, with some inventive cocktails popping up here and there, and a good variety of beers, often with an experimental flavor here or there for fun.

The food is bar food and is good, if not expectedly greasy. The sweets (mini donuts!) are a nice touch. If you’re coming in a group, then a shared sampling of appetizers is a great way to go; appetizer portions are generous! The fish and chips here is excellent, but I didn’t see it on the menu last time I went.

They also host multiple local events throughout the year and give back to the community, and their social media people put up some good reels. Excellent spot, even with kids – give it some love and stop by!

Wow! Fat Pants Brewing Co. was a nice surprise! We were in the area (and not from the area) and I wanted a burger for lunch. After googling places, this one popped up. The burger did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by their Monday burger special of $6, $1 more for cheese and $2 side. The burger could be ordered to desired doneness, aka pink. I find it difficult to find pink burgers in MN. They have several cheeses to choose from. I had cheddar, the rest of the party had pepper jack. I had tots, delicious and the others had fries. They enjoyed their meals. I want to note the fries are skinny. Personally, not my fave, so glad I got tots. We also got an order of square cheese curds, squrds. They are fantastic! I am not a drinker, so can’t comment on any of the beer. The pop was served in a can with a glass of ice.
I took stars off for service because I felt like they didn’t offer service. You ordered at the counter or from a QR code at the table. And you had to bus your own table. I didn’t realize that when I tipped at the counter. However, the staff was very friendly! The atmosphere was fun with the food truck inside and seeing the brewing tanks. It was a Monday at 11:30am, there was only 1 other table. I highly recommend this place!

Wondeful hangout spot with some great beer, a good selection of THC drinks, solid brewery food, and some of the best service you’ll find. They host a bunch of events too, so keep your eye out for those. (F1 races are our favorite) It can get busy and a little loud, but nothing you wouldn’t expect at a popular brewery.

My kids and I love to eat at the Fat Pants Brewing Co. We eat there sometimes on weekends.

Food and beer tastes are very satisfying and mostly enjoyable.
Service is much friendlier to Deaf people and others, including kids friendly.
Comfortable with the atmosphere, such as warm and colorful lights, socialable, playing the game boards and cards, and having fun!

The servers know me as a Deaf father of two precious kids. One of the servers knows sign language. It’s excellent!

It’s unfortunate that we’re almost 2 1/2 hours away because this would be a frequent destination for us if we lived nearby! Great food, delicious beverages, and ordering on their app made it all so easy!

We had a very pleasant stop here when passing through Eden Prairie for the first time. The place is larger than it looks from the outside, with several spacious rooms set around the bar and kitchen. It wasn’t crowded or loud on a Saturday afternoon, which we appreciated. My husband ordered using the QR code at our table; the drinks came out in about two minutes, and the giant pretzel was about 10 minutes after that, so perfectly reasonable waits. Everything was tasty, too. I kept looking at their food menu on the screen about the bar and thinking that the salads and some other appetizers sounded good. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming here again!

the beer menu changes so you might need to try a few to find what you like. i haven’t had my favorite beer of all time here, but also haven’t gotten anything i disliked. the whole bone in wings are phenomenal, if you’re into that kind of thing. other bar food options good as well.
