Went with family and it was pretty good. Would I go back yes. Waitress was nice and accommodating 10/10.
I got the 1lbs shrimp and 1 lb of crawfish garlic and hot (rating 8/10), sweet snail tamarind was really good (9/10). Fried catfish with fries 6/10. Garlic noodles 8/10. Cheese corn 7.5/10

Update 6/25/25
All you can eat for $40 wasn’t to bad. Note I tried garlic butter and hot wasn’t to spicy and to much butter. The next round I did garlic and extra hot came out perfect. Shrimp and craw was really good. Octopus was okay in my opinion.

Get the grilled razor snails with green onion and peanut! SUPER YUMMY! They know how to make it delicious and super easy to eat with they way they prepared it. I also tried all of their different style oyster since it was happy hour even on a Sunday. All of them are really good. I just didn’t like the raw oyster since it wasn’t cold enough for me and the charbroiled oyster taste was too strong. I do think the oysters can be clean a little bit better. I also tried the apple snails. They were good but too difficult for me to take out.

Overall not a good experience though I was so excited to try it.
We ordered 7 dishes. Only 3 of them came out correctly.
– I gave 3 stars only because of the 3 dishes: oyster, clam, and scallops. They are well-seasoned and fresh.
– They brought out 2 orders of stirred fried corn while we only ordered 1 dish. The dish was overly sweet, and we tasted nothing but sweet, which made me think maybe they mistake salt and sugar.
– They brought out a cheese scallop dish that we did not order.
– The server did not add one of the snail dish to our order.
– We ordered 2 lbs of crawfish and it didn’t come out at all. I didn’t even seen it added on the bill but they said they made it and just gave it to the wrong table.
– We ordered a stir-fried spinach dish with snail, which was indicated in the menu with the weight as 1lbs. The dish came out as instant noodles with a tiny bit of spinach and a couple of snails.. for $27!! I found it is very misleading. It’s not even a big portion but just a sloppy dish.

They probably need to hire a person that can help them clear the dirty dishes on tables. We ate there for 1.5 hours and all the tables around us with dirty dishes stayed there since when we walked in until we walked out.

Overall, a tons of needed improvement regarding service and cleanliness. I let them know right then and there so they did apologize and took my feedback well.
I’ll give them another try maybe 2-3 months later once they get familiar with the service and improve 🙂

We went here with a group of friends and we all got the “All You Can Eat” menu. With Crawfis, Shrimp, Clams, Crab etc……The Crawfish is so fresh, big and so good. Clams and Octopus are very good too. Come try them out only $40 per person.

First time trying Fat Oysters and it’s a must try! It is a great place to bring your family because of the atmosphere and the amazing food. The raw oysters are perfect along with the shrimp boil. If ordering the boil, order it with the cajun seasoning!

The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

This place hasn’t been around long, so I was happy to experience the oyster happy hour after a friend mentioned it. We had some of the freshest and largest oysters I’ve seen in the Dallas / Plano area. If you like oysters, show this place some love! The grilled oysters are all awesome, but my favorite is the Vietnamese style with only peanuts and green onions. Everything was freshed or cooked just right. I would love to keep this place our secret, but they’re new, so I had to show support.

We came in around 4 pm, and the oyster happy hour is weekday 12-6 pm so we ordered a dozen fresh oysters right away, followed by a half dozen of grilled oyster with cheese, topped with green onion and peanut crumb, those were fat and fresh oyster. We continue with the roasted sentinel crab with tamarind sauce. I don’t enjoy this as much as the crab meat is not much, just crunchies crab and tamarind sauce. next time I will come here for blue crab steamed beer instead and of course the variety of oyster. We had clam steamed Thai style. All of the experience and food tastes are very fine. We will definitely come back here. I found the home cook type of seafood style so I love love them very much. Thank you for bringing the good taste.

Tried Fat Oysters twice recently and I had a great experience. The food was amazing. So amazing I had to come back again within a few days.

On my first visit, I wasn’t expecting to do a boil but they had a sign at the front for $7.99/lb crawfish. I tried their crawfish and their sashimi oysters and I was in heaven. They had happy hour on oysters besides the sashimi so I tried the charbroiled oysters as well. Everything was delicious. Charbroiled were great especially for $1.69/oyster but the sashimi oysters is where it’s at. I craved it for days after having it. The fresh oysters with quail egg and sauce they added on really made my mouth water. The crawfish boil was also done just right with the right amount of butter, cajun and garlic. Majority of the crawfish seemed fresh. Only 1-2 were not. My friend ordered the snails and I tried them. They were large in size and very tasty.

As for my next trip, I tried their crab and crawfish boil – as well as reordering the sashimi oysters. I actually had came for their AYCE seafood boil but they said they discontinued it. They had a huge ad for it on the front of the restaurant though. We told them they should consider taking it down. Either way, we enjoyed the food and will come back.

One of the freshest and tastiest crawfish I’ve had. The service was polite and the place is very spacious. It’s also kid friendly during the time we went. It’s BYOB and the claw machine is fun for kids and is very fair with prizes.

I chose this Vietnamese restaurant because of its extensive seafood menu, featuring dishes prepared in traditional Vietnamese style. As someone who loves Vietnamese seafood, I appreciate the owner’s efforts to bring authentic flavors to the table.

The menu looks promising, and the restaurant’s spacious interior is a plus. However, during my Saturday dinner visit, the place was surprisingly quiet, with only a few tables occupied.

The grilled oysters and crawfish were delicious, although I wish the size of the oysters & crawfish were larger. The crispy calamari was okay, but a bit chewy.
I hope the owner and the chef will continue to improve the food and service so that both Vietnamese and American customers will keep coming back.
