4.5 ⭐ Excellent breakfast in a modern diner-like setting. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros Chorizo – Chorizo & black topped with scrambled eggs and pepper jack cheese served on top of two crispy tortillas w/ a side of homemade salsa ($15).
Service was quick, accurate, and welcoming. My half star dock is for the price. It’s a little steep – including tax & tip it ends up being around $19-20.

Fat Nats is a quaint diner-like place that specializes in eggs. Everything was fine – or just fine. The food was what we expected, some spice but a little dry. The service was friendly but a little slow. And the atmosphere was bustling but lacked its own unique vibe. So, our expectations were met and we might go back another time.

Omg the servings are so generous, and the food is delicious! What an amazing place, I would definitely come here again. I had the veggie Benedict, and wow it was fantastic, filling and scrumptious with each new bite. The breakfast really shines, though they also have lunch entrees (one member of our party ordered a burger and said it was okay but the breakfast was really the strength).

We’re visiting from out of state, and just googled a breakfast place to eat on Easter morning. We were NOT disappointed! The food was fresh, I tasted the different grilled veggies & cheese in every bite of my scramble, and the pancakes were good. The chopped turkey substitution for pork was also delicious. Also, I have to give a shout-out to our server Hector. He was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. If I lived in town, I’d be a regular visitor here.

Enjoyed the experience. Food was good and portions are huge. Pancake is plate size (so heads up there) although my friend said hers tasted dry. My eggs and potatoes were well cooked and tasty. Place was busy but we got a table quickly. Reserve a table on the weekends is a help.

I needed something to power me through the last day of Art-A-Whirl last weekend and stumbled upon Fat Nats for brunch. Holy cow, the portions were huge. I really wanted to get something just smothered in their hollandaise but I didn’t want to fall asleep after eating so I played it safe and went with their veggie omelet with sourdough toast. Still great but the toast was a bit cold and could’ve been toasted longer. Not a huge deal though as they were busy as heck and the star of the show (the omelet) was spot on and filling.

Outstanding service every time we’ve been here. Kitchen, waiting, and seating staff is always kind and on top of everything. You may have to wait a bit for seating, but it is ALWAYS worth it.
If you like omlettes and veggies the Norm is a great option.
The coffee is always fresh, (and won’t give you gut-rot like some other breakfast places), and staff will top it off anytime they pass by.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly and delicious place for breakfast – I would always recommend!!

This is a review for last year 11/4/23, but came her to say this location is awesome and will absolutely be back and bring friends and family. Parking lot, get there early to get your name on the waiting list. It’s worth the wait. I had the “HUEVOS RANCHEROS CON PAPAS FAVORITO”. Great coffee! I loved it, and I had leftovers. My husband had the Elmer’s, and the pancakes were enormous! Other guests had Eggs Benedict. All 3 of us raved about the flavor, quality, and quantity. The music they played in the restaurant was just the right vibe as it gave it a fun, laid-back atmosphere and felt like home. Staff was super helpful and easygoing. This location rocks! Plus, the seating was clean and quick service. (I went to the Brooklyn Park location today it was a of small portions)
