10/10. Hands down caldwell needed this sandwich shop more than we even know. Since beukes bagels closed down we literally have been waiting. My bro said Ive been wasting my life away not going in there so I made the treck today. 2/6/26. Ordered the thick chic and potato salad. Drove home to share it with my husband so I can continue to spend his money here obviously. Let’s just say after my hands were covered in sauce and my eyes were watering I knew I had hit the mother load. No one cares about sandwiches like this. Subway is a ticket to the restroom lets be frank. All other places just trying to fit in with fat guys. Forever greatful you made the treck to Caldwell. Keep up the good sauce and good work. Hands down the best of the best.

Not much going on on the outside, Happy people inside working! Stopped in for a sandwich ask for their best sandwich order the fat pig sandwich with jalapenos was excellent delicious taste fresh and the sauce on top was delicious. Delicious pulled pork and ham!
And yes they have challenge sandwiches go try it!!

The sandwich was great, I’ll be back for sure. The service was awesome but I’m pretty sure I was dealing with the owner. The real test would be to see the service when he’s not there. There were some cleanliness issues but they were minor.

This place is off the chain incredible! First time to eat there today and this was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Fat Guys was recommended to me and forewarned me that there are no substitutions. I have a high respect for that. I’ve been reading a lot of the reviews left here, medical reasons are completely understandable. But if it’s because you just don’t like something, pick another option, there’s plenty. Everyone needs to go in with an open mind and try something new, it’ll help you as a person. I agree that whoever that Sara person was shouldn’t have been vaping of any kind around the food or inside the restaurant at all. That is a huge health hazard. I would have called the health department as well. Good news, she wasn’t there today to my knowledge.
Cowboy is an amazing person who definitely loves his job and is a people person. Everyone who was working today was very kind, polite and professional. I truly hope that the people who gave a horrible review decide to try Fat Guys out again now knowing what to expect. Subway has the same prices basically and they are horrible. They used to be my favorite until today.
I find it absolutely hilarious that I had to sign the floor of shame because I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I’m actually proud that I got to sign the floor of shame! I had the Italian. Best sandwich ever. The sandwiches are enormous! It’s a fun, light atmosphere and extremely clean. This place is an out of the box restaurant with character. I cant wait until my family and I go back to try another one of the fantastic creations. Thank you Fat Guys!!! I’ll be honored to sign the floor of shame again soon!!!! ♥️

Fatty! Really enjoyed this place. The gals were great and the sandwiches were crazy good. Lots of flavor, great options. I was encouraged to try the “Phat Pig” and it was incredible. Loads of meat. Potato salad was solid too.

We tried Fat Guys for the first time today. The food is delicious and I liked that they had a lot of soda choices. The sandwich was one of the better sandwiches I’ve had and it definitely surpasses a Subway or Port of Subs.
The atmosphere leaves something to be desired. When you first walk in, there is a dirty vestibule. The windows and floor are gross. Inside, they let people write on the walls. That might be fun, but with the dirty entrance, it comes across as grungy and dirty. The bathrooms, while newer, are dirty.
We paid $38 for 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 drinks. They added a $1 surcharge for using a credit card. I thought it was very expensive, but it was a really good sandwich.

Went with my wife for lunch. Got an Italian sub and potato jalapeno soup. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The only issue we had is the place didn’t feel as clean as it could have been. Overall though it was a good experience and we’ll definitely be coming back.
