This was the third year we’ve stopped here while on our way to Steelers training camp. Carla, our waitress, was great. The food was excellent. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Stopped in during the eclipse & were wonderfully surprised it was quite busy and the patrons were so friendly! Service was also friendly & efficient and the food was fresh & delicious! We are sure they bake the bread for the sandwiches tho we didnt ask to confirm.
Several patrons shared their eclipse glasses with us and treated us like regulars. I wish we lived closer to there but we will definitely ride up again!

Excellent place to stop and get a bite. Right off of Rt.30, with parking behind the place off of the side street, it is easy to get to.
Decided on lunch here the first day were were visiting Ligonier. From the outside, looks like an old-style road-house. Inside is significantly updated with a large dining room and a separate bar area.
We ended up sitting the bar area, which has a number of large screen tv’s along with both bar and table seating. The bar serves the full menu and they have a rotating seasonal menu. I ended up with a club sandwich (great coleslaw side) and an old fashioned, the wife had a salad and a spritz. Our waitress/bartender was very good – even though the menu was new as of the day we were there, she knew it well. She also made a number of perfect drinks.
The meal was so good, we ended up coming back a couple of days later for dinner.

First time we were here meeting friends. It was a very clean friendly place to eat and talk. Our server Emily was very nice and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

We went on a Sunday. They only have the bar open and it was packed with one person running everything. Pizza was taking 1 hour. If you’re patient, you will be rewarded. The pizza was amazing. Thin, crispy crust. Tasty sauce and cheese. I’m not even a huge pizza fan and I ate the leftovers! Pizza is crave worthy. Will be back.

Arrived here between lunch and dinner and decided to sit at the bar. It was rather empty when we arrived but as the minutes went on the bar was full!! The bartender was super nice despite having trouble with the beer tap and giving me a non alcoholic beer . An appetizer of fried cheese curds was ordered and for the price the portion was great! The dipping sauce was also unique and good!! One food order was a burger which was of nice size with a side of fries. The other was the Extreme Mushroom Pizza! It was AMAZING!! The prices are competitive with surrounding restaurants. I definitely didn’t leave hungry!

We stopped in last night with our 2 kids after Idlewild, and though we did wait a little bit and our daughter was “hangry” the food was absolutely worth it and made to order. My son even said when he’s a grown up he’s going to go there every weekend and that’s a lot coming from him! The woman who took our order was also really nice and seemed happy to be there. We will definitely be back!
Also I recommend the big al or the Texan for burgers, and for pizza the meat cravers is delicious!
