Brisket was great. Spud was great. Coleslaw was phenomenal. Mac and cheese not my favorite. Didnt like the smoked sausage. Mixed sauce very good. Ribs were very good, dry rub has a good heat.

Clearly a local favorite and they know why. Interesting choice for meals such as the bbq burrito. Outstanding to say the least. Plates are huge for the money. Clean and welcome atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem.

From the moment I walked in, the smell of smoky perfection hit me, and I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and exactly what you want from a true BBQ joint—casual, friendly, and full of that “backyard cookout” vibe.
I ordered the Fat Daddy 5oz pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top and sweet hot sauce, and every bite was melt-in-your-mouth tender with that perfect balance of smoke and seasoning. The BBQ sauce was the kind you want to bottle up and take home—rich, tangy, and just sweet enough.
The sides were just as impressive I had the creamy mac and cheese and the cheesy tots. It’s clear they put as much love into the sides as they do the meat.
On top of the great food, the staff made the experience even better. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that I was enjoying my meal.

Aubrey at the order counter is a joy to talk with. Super friendly staff and delicious food. Traveling through town and worth stopping. Don’t mess with fast food when you can have this great food served faster than chain restaurant.

While working in the area we asked around and Fat Daddy’s BBQ was the choice. Rustic building that fit the landscape and had the smell of a BBQ joint. Everyone has their opinion of BBQ, wet, dry, sauced, seasoned, list goes on and on. A few weeks ago in Memphis, world-famous this and that, must eat blah blah blah. Here none of that walked in and was greeted, the menu is up on the wall and easy to read. I asked for suggestions and many were given but I went 3 meat, potato salad, and cheesy tots. By the time I paid l, got my tea, and sat down food was brought to the table. At the table are 3 sauces, sweet, mild, and mixed. All 3 sauces were good, pulled chicken was moist, good flavor from seasoning that wasn’t overpowering, rib cooked perfectly. Bite in and the rest stays on the bone, that is cook right. The brisket was cooked and tasted like brisket should, smoke flavor was on point. Potato salad was a good side choice but the cheesy tots were where it’s at. Loaded with cheesy goodness and amazing. Traveling thru I would suggest stopping by for a filling meal and nice relaxing spot for a family meal.
