Some bomb add BBQ
I got the Rib Plate, w/ cheesy potatoes & BBW Beans. And the loaded spud.
• Ribs: delicious, tender, not fall off the bone, but still hella tender & Juicy!
• Cheesy potatoes: not to sound dramatic, but I think these changed my life. INTENSE cheese level 100 topped with crispy fried Onions.
• Loaded Spud w/Brisket: 800/10 smashhh the thing is MASSIVE and loadddeeeddd with cheese, bacon, brisket, and Sour cream.
Soooo good!
• BBQ beans: they were good. A Smokey sweet, bites of meat throughout. Not dissing them, they just weren’t phenomenal, they were just good. I’d still order them again.
Vibe : FUN environment! Cute little bar, too!
Decent amount of spacious seating.
Bathrooms: clean, cute, and smelled good
(Love a black and red vibe!)
Service: next level! Jenny was my server, and what a DELIGHT! Fun, sweet, QUICK, and got my order perfecttttt! 1000/10 (give that doll a raise!)

Fat Daddy’s bbq was very tasty. I got the rib dinner with the sauteed veggies and brussel sprouts. I can tell you, it all was good! Dixie the bartender was very nice and got my order in and out! The atmosphere was really nice. They do have TV’s in the restaurant to catch up on the latest sporting. Family friendly and the other customers were just down home friendly! If you’re traveling thru Russellville Arkansas and want bbq, this is definitely your place. Nestle right in the downtown area.

The staff was great I sat at the bar because there was no wait. I ordered ribs and brisket with onion rings and cheesy taters. The taters were good the onion rings were hand made from the looks of it and were good as well. The sauces for the BBQ were really good as well. I did get there later around 730 so the brisket was really dry and I even asked them to make sure it was most and fatty. The ribs were about the same they tasted great just a bit dry for my taste. Really a cute little place and great staff just kind of missed the mark on the meats today.

Fun place! Unfortunately the ribs were pretty dry But the brisket we got was kinda chopped, not sliced, which was fine because it was DELICIOUS. Onion rings on point and a good portion. Delicious Mac n cheese & baked beans. My husband loved his potato salad and chili dog special. Kids enjoyed the turkey sandwich and chicken fingers (huge pieces, they could have shared). Overall we will be back because I loved the Mac and brisket but will be asking how the ribs look that day before ordering again

Pulled pork was pretty good, but I wouldn’t say it was great. I like it on nachos. Cheesy potatoes are the best side they have I.M.O. Brisket was a little on the dry side the one time I I had it. Over all the service was fair.

C’mon now. Whoever runs this kitchen should be embarassed. You actually looked at that brisket and thought it was ok to serve to a human? Have some pride in your craft. Extremely dry and barely edible. I would fix this quick. Whoever is in charge of the food is simply there to get a paycheck and had zero love for the food they’re serving. Please, find your passion again and do better.

Good Barbecue! I have had BBQ all across the country and usually prefer pulled pork, but here – the brisket was great! The pulled pork was good, but the brisket was better. Nice smoke ring and good flavor. 3 sauces – Sweet, hot, or mixed. We liked the mixed. The onion rings were fantastic as a side.

Great small dining establishment right in the downtown Russellville area..Fat Daddy ‘s had a ver y good fried pork sandwich with one side..pork meat was so tender inside with a crisp coating on the outside..yummy! DIXIE was our waitress and very patient with our ordering Gluten Free options ..I give her a 5 star for being so efficient!
