Y’all. They know what they’re doing!!! My eyes bugged out of my skull when I first tasted it- I wish I was joking. They are super kind and have great business practice. The food is worth what you pay for sure- just make sure to not make any plans after eating because it’s a heavy meal.

I visited the Food Truck today. I must say, the food was better than I had anticipated. I had something called the OG Tacos (I had beef and steak tacos, 2 each). They were really good and flavorful! They were topped with a homemade Pico and some kind of sauce that added a great touch. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla. Spent $15 on the tacos (4 in a serving, very filling) and $12 on the quesadilla. I’ll definitely return to try additional items.

Quick and fast service. Was able to try their four OG chicken tacos, what a great flavor and combo. Affordable and awesome staff ! Can’t wait to try their oxtail tacos next.

Don’t be deceived by the photos on DoorDash if you get this delivered. The portions are much smaller and still pricier than a lot of places with tastier tacos. They were just a greasy mess. Yes, I realize the place is literally called “Fat Charles,” but when there’s so much grease that any distinct flavors are nonexistent, that’s just too much grease. Couldn’t even grab a taco to consume because none would stay together. Had to use a fork which wasn’t provided to the DoorDasher. Oddly, even though they were smothered in grease, the brisket was still, ironically, dry as a bone.

Our food was so good, the fish was so fresh, crispy and hot, the Mexican pizza was great also and my son absolutely loved his shrimp tacos (forgot to take of pic of them and the lemon pepper wings) he wanted to go back for more and we loved the wings they were seasoned just right

Five star kitchen here! I told them I had been craving to try their food for years but never could because I’m vegetarian. Head chef made me a special order of birria tacos stuffed with carrot and cheese mash and topped with their exceptional pico de gallo and sauces. It was a 10/10 meal. Food & hospitality out of this world.

Don’t believe the pics. This is the pic the company uses of the quesadilla that made me drive very far to try this truck. The other pic is the limp, flat, non crispy, half effort quesadilla they ACTUALLY give you. Disappointed is an understatement for $21.
Also i have a feeling this is can chicken. Can chicken has this weird taste no matter how much you try to drown it in salt or sauces it does not go away.
