OMG I’ve been living near this restaurant for 5 years and I’d never been there before. Today my husband came home and said, “There are so many people at that restaurant, it must be good,” so we went, and I’m surprised at how delicious it is! I’m definitely going to take my whole family to eat there.

This diner is exactly what I enjoy finding when I travel. The food was outstanding, scrambled eggs were fluffy the way they used to be made. I can’t stand scanned eggs in chain restaurants, its nothing more than a chopped up omelet.
Home fries and sausage were on point too.
Overall, this was the best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time, and I travel 3 to 4 days a week!
I can’t wait to return.

If you’ve never been in love before your about to be. This place has an extraordinary atmosphere as far as people and food. The chicken strip plate will leave you wanting more. And is certainly a mountain of food for your money. More than worth it , thanks y’all.

Warm and welcoming was indeed this hide away gem. The home cooked food was good. The service was great! Even the customers who came in were pleasant. It’s definitely a wonderful hometown family/friend feeling. Pork chops were seasoned well. Chicken strip was hand breaded and Definitely not prefrozen. Try them out !! I will definitely return soon such to experience the hospitality and try the daily dessert.

I had never been here. Laura greeted it’s.. she was friendly and attentive.. we enjoyed our meal too. I had the steak fingers and it came with steak fries and garlic toast and a drink. He had the special which today was beef stroganoff. His came with Texas toast and a drink as well. I’m glad that they had real Texas toast and didn’t just call regular toast Texas toast. He also got cake to go and it was German chocolate today

As I have said before, the wife and I love finding small mom and pop places. We love being able to meet locals! We are blessed to be able to have the experiences together. Live every day. Now, to the review. Our waitress was amazing! We were made to feel right at home and even entertained with her interaction with the regulars. Made us a little home sick. The food was fresh, good quality, reasonably priced, and very good. You can’t miss with Father’s Boy’s. Next time we are in town, it will be a must stop. Give it a try! You will not be disappointed.

Interesting the review i left, I do not see. Leaving another review. Took 45 min to bring to me a baked potato. Took a little bit, time, for my order to be taken. There was a line , a number of us to check out. But most of all a restaurant is known for its food. Not worth going back. How do you screw up a baked potato? Should be piping hot. It was not. The least –hot, butter, sour cream cheese, chives. Etc!! So not worth going back.
