I ordered a protein bowl, but unfortunately it was extremely salty. The saltiness was so strong that I couldn’t finish the meal. I was really looking forward to it, so it was quite disappointing. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to seasoning in the future.

Ordered a protein bowl. Paid for it. Asked for sauce and was refused any sauce due to it being a policy that they cannot alter the meal. Ridiculous. Manager comes out and says there is nothing they can do.
My coworker goes and asks them 2 sauces and they give it to him.

First time trying the food Ordered from skip asked for a breaded chicken burrito with no hot sauce or jalapeños as well as a chicken bowl with no hot sauce or jalapeños but as soon as I took the first bite it was unbelievably spicy to the point I couldn’t eat it. I tried to add some of my own sour cream, as well as scraping some of the hot sauce off but it was unbearable ended up throwing in the garbage. I also ordered a chicken empanada but did not receive it and when I called the store to address my issue I was told I had to go through skip but skip isnt in charge of making the food they just pick up and deliver and I had no issues with the delivery part as well as the bag was fully sealed when it arrived so it’s not the drivers fault. Very pathetic wont be eating there again

I ordered a burrito bowl and a water bottle. That should be a clear sign that I’m somewhere with no access to basics — and utensils like a spoon or fork are pretty basic. I’m starving, with nothing around me, and they hand me just the burrito bowl and water bottle. Am I supposed to eat it with my hands? Yes, I’m Indian and I’m used to eating certain foods by hand, but this is a burrito bowl, not something you scoop up with your fingers. If I can’t get water anywhere, then they should understand that utensils are the one thing I can’t get easily right now. Now I can’t even eat the food I ordered. This is beyond frustrating. What kind of service is this?

Ordered from this location through a food delivery app. I ordered a naked burrito bowl and when I opened it, I was very surprised at the tiny portion. I ordered the chicken regular size. There was barely a handful of lettuce, not much cheese and barely any sour cream (even though I asked for extra sour cream!). However there was A LOT of salsa/sauce and it was horrible; extremely watery but also spicy – not sure how that worked out. By the time I received my food (the restaurant is only about 2.5 kms from my job) the vegetables (lettuce, green onion and cilantro) were soggy and the paper container the food came in was wet at the bottom and leaking actually. The chicken itself was very bland and nothing special. Worst burrito/bowl I’ve ever had and I will never order from here or go to this place ever again!

We ordered 4 dishes and none of them were as per expectations. One common problem to all dishes was the sauces. One bite had all the spicy sauce and then at the end of the burrito one bite with all the sour sauce. In between no sauce or taste at all. Same was the case with quesadilla and Tacos as well. Totally disappointed. Only if the person assembling the dishes was a bit focused on the job!
