I have ordered the same pizza everytime. Yesterday was outrageous. I called and ordered one pizza like always. I get there and he charged me for two. I kept telling him I only ordered one. No offense but something was wrong with the manager/owner. He kept telling me yes that’s one. Even when he handed me two and I kept saying I only ordered one. He said yes here it is. I honestly felt bad for him so I took both. But one pizza definitely was not what I ordered. Long time customer. Never going to this one again. Worst customer service.

I ordered online for pickup through doordash when I got there my phone had died I let them know that I was the customer picking up the young man working at the register said that he couldn’t give me my pizza because I couldn’t confirm that I was the person picking up the pizza.. I can’t believe how big of a hassle it was I decided to leave as I was going to back out the young man came out and handed me my pizza all in all I got my pizza but still it was not a good experience. I mean I gave them the correct information I don’t understand why I was such a big deal
