Amazing vibes in this coffee shop! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and the customers seemed happy too, I got the sense this is a beloved local spot. For coffee I was recommended the chocolate covered strawberry for those with a sweet tooth–delicious flavor! The coffee itself isn’t the best I ever had but I am a sucker for fun flavors so I’m happy. The grilled cheese is awesome, they perfectly nailed all the textures. The pressed fully toasted outer crust, eggs are just right, not overwhelmed with cheese, sourdough sturdy enough to hold it together but still soft inside, just spot on. I’m inspired to improve my grilled cheese skills at home. Will be back next time I’m in the area to try more coffee flavors, pastries, and that soup.

I’ve been here once after wanting to try a new coffee shop and not realizing this gem was near me! This is a cafe and a grilled cheese shop rolled into one that serves delicious food and drinks! The restaurant is beautiful inside, lots of seating and natural light pouring in, really friendly staff, and a large menu to look through. I came for brunch by myself and got the Midtown Morning sandwich and the Bugatti breve latte. Both were great, the latte was warm and flavorful. The sandwich was super filling and amazing. Perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and was great with hot sauce. I ended up eating half and taking half home it was a great size! I always think about this place and have to come back to try some more items!

The coffee is always amazing, and I highly recommend the Midtown Morning sandwich and Dark Mocha.

A friend of mine and I went for the first time and we both had grilled vegetarian sandwiches which were delicious! We ordered a tea. The lady who took our order was very nice. We sat down to eat and loved the atmosphere and decor. The place was busy when we arrived. I came back another day to order another type of sandwich. They’re bigger than normal sandwiches so I had lunch enough to last me two days! I recommend Fast Cat Coffee

I start with my coffee and the most delicious pastry in the morning. Then just reciently i tried the Mardi Gras sandwich and my tast buds exploded it was the most delicious sandwich ive ever had and very filling. Worth every penny and more. Im 6ft 1 and 220 and it filled me up. Plus they have a nice assorment of others too. I’ll be trying more. I want everybody to know they are Awesome and i like good food. Go there you wont be disappointed. . I wanted to add more to my review. I use to go to a sweet little coffee shop for 23 years and they were like family. The covid caused them to shut down and i was sad and thought i would never have that again. Until one day i walked into Fat Cat Coffee. I’ve now got that wonderful feeling back and i’m now at peace again and have my chill place. All i can say is give them a try because they treat you like family and im sure you will love it. Fast cat coffee is a new local gem that I have recently found. It’s right by the California family fitness on fair Oaks Boulevard near Manzanita and fair Oaks. Unlike anything else in town, the racing car and motorcycle vibe that has that rugged local fair Oaks feel. A place to fill up your engine before heading out on your day to hit it fast and hard. The coffee was smooth and did not taste burned. That tells me that it’s fresh. The pastries were fresh incredibly delicious. The service was friendly, informative, and swift. This place is definitely going to take my money over Starbucks going forward. I recommend this local Fair Oaks business as a must visit for local and out of town coffee goers looking for a new coffee spot.

I had a fantastic experience for my first time at Fast Cat Coffee, I ordered a Caramel Latte and a Brisket grilled cheese sandwich. The coffee tasted authentic and rich, not like the over sweetened coffee you would get at Starbucks/Dutch Bros. My brisket was also amazing, great quality meat/cheese/sauce, I would definitely order it again.
Inside has many great places to sit and read inside, and a lot of natural lighting from the windows. I found it to be a great spot to chill while I waited for my oil change to be completed at a nearby automotive repair shop.
Lastly the customer service was 5 stars, my server Dolly was very kind to me and all the other customers who came in while I was there.
