Farrelli’s Pizza in Lacey is the store that originally introduced wood-fired pizza to the Puget Sound region! Most of our store managers began their careers in the Lacey kitchen 20+ years ago! Since 1995, this store has been an active member of the the SE Thurston county neighborhood, by hosting events such as the annual Farrelli’s Golf Classic to support local charities. Come in today for pull-tabs, a game of pool, the next sports game, or some family-friendly fun!

Great little pizza place! Pretty sure it’s a chain, but it doesn’t really feel like it. The pizza is really good, and they have a wide variety of other stuff as well.
Very family friendly, pretty standard cozy atmosphere, and phenomenal customer service! Seriously, everybody there was very nice, and attentive, especially considering we had come in with a rather large party in the middle of the day unannounced! We really appreciated how accommodating and welcoming they were. If I’m ever in the area again, I would for sure get a pizza to take home even if I was eating elsewhere because not only was it great at the time, but it was fantastic in the air fryer the next day! Also reasonably priced so that’s not as insane a thing to do! Would definitely recommend this place, as would definitely go again.

Farrelli’s is my favorite restaurant since my move to Lacey! Sharon, our fabulous server, always goes above and beyond, with excellent recommendations and amazing service every time. Everyone in this place seems genuinely happy to work here, and the quality is impressive- the pizza here reminds me of how food used to taste. The dough is a special recipe amd the pizzas are innovative. We really enjoyed the pan verson of Meateater and the salads. They offer real freshly grated parmesan on any dish brought to the table. The artichoke dip with bread and chips was served hot and delicious! Everything we tried was fantastic that was recommended by Sharon, who really took care of us and even made me feel welcome to town by asking us our names and inviting us back each time! The pineapple cream soda with free refills, cream, whipped cream, and a cherry on top is worth coming back for. Thare happy hour deals, specials for a good cause, and arcade games. They have sports on TV, a bar area, and a retro pizza parlor vibe that just works! This place is fun with great value for the money and the leftover pizza tastes great the next day. This is a must-go spot in Lacey if you feel nostalgic, love sports, have a family, o, enjoy great service in a friendly atmosphere.

I ordered the bbq Mac and cheese, the lasagna and a personal pizza. Everything was mediocre, nothing stood out. The food was definitely over priced for the quality I received. The best dish was the Mac and cheese. All of it looks better than it tastes.

I went to visit during a weekday with my children and I was pleasantly surprised. It was not really busy, a very chill atmosphere exactly how I like it. Our waitress was very attentive from the beginning! She automatically provided coloring books and crayons to keep the children engaged and I was very grateful for that! She was on top of our needs. Our food came fast fresh and was good.. It’s definitely a little more on the expensive side but it’s worth a treat. The margarita was delicious I thought it was going to be watered down but it definitely wasn’t!!

My family and I came in there Saturday and our server was Becca. She was awesome! My Mom was having a hard time deciding what to get and so she offered her favorite items to try. I think they became best friends lol She never let a drink get empty either. Food was great too!

Farellis is our family go to, whether a party of 4 or 14. Tonight we were extremely let down. We ordered 3 pizzas, two 12in and one 16in. There was a clear special for buy any 3 12in or 16in pizzas get one free. After we ordered I asked the waitress to honor the deal and she said no, we had to get 3 of the same size pizzas to get the deal. I dont understand how spending more money by ordering two 12s and one 16in doesn’t qualify but if we spent less by ordering three 12in pizzas we would have gotten the deal. Why didn’t the waitress mention something and say hey, if you make that 16in a 12in, you’ll get a free pizza. Idk, it just seemed like the restaurant wasnt in it for the customer, rather themselves. Collectively we spent $400 tonight at this location, we often do. I left with a bad taste in my mouth after this experience.

So the i made a call order for pickup, just a glutten free caprese pizza and no tomatoes due to allergy, and it would take about 15-20min, that’s fine. When i arrived to pick it up, i found out that it was never made nor that I ever placed an order. We were told that it would another 15min. I said fine but when i came back it still took another 10min. While I on the waited on the couch, i could hear the kitchen staff yelling and cursing at each other like it was no big deal. There were families sitting in on that side of the building, mind you. When i finally got the pizza, I just left. I got home and found that they made it wrong. I couldn’t eat it because of the tomatoes. I dont live too far away, so I went back to get a reorder and a refund. The manager was out that day and the acting manager, who is the also the bartender, made it seem that he was above providing customer service and sent the greeter to take my info. So I left my information for the main manager to call me back.
I received a call the next day, and everything seemed handled. I got the refund, employees were supposedly talked to and I also got a complimentary gift card.
A few weeks later, I decided to try again with the same order. They said 20-25min and when i came to pick it up, again it was not even made. The girl at the front was very rude and dismissive. She stated that it was going to be another 25 min. After a while she slapped it on the counter and claimed that it was already made. So I waited for absolutely nothing. Not only was it cold at that point, it was also burnt when I opened.
So at this point I think im done, I definitely will not be returning. Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and just overall sucks. I’ve worked in the food industry before, both as a grunt and a manager, this stuff CANNOT fly.
