I bought 2 loaves of stale bread, after asking the cashier if it was baked this morning. He said yes. When you push on the bread it’s firm and not spongy. Looks like it’s several days old and falsely advertised as fresh that morning. Will not be getting any more of that bread. $8.30 per loaf of stale bread that’s nearly fully dried.

I have supported this place for years never have I been with such rude unhelpful service and such space shelf’s with it a mess inside. They wouldn’t get Rick the manager for me to speak with they stopped chicken salad and human or pesto type toppings. The pastry shelf’s were so pathetic only two items in them. Severely disappointed in the bread and food options on top of lack of service and assistance. They used to offer help picking bread and sampling. Not sure I’ll ever return.

This bakery used to be excellent. Quality and service have declined. Supposedly the same recipes are being used, but the taste says otherwise. The bread is now mediocre at best and the bakery offerings have diminished in variety. It’s sad to see something that was once so wonderful being run into the ground.

If I could give negative stars I would. Staff is very rude and shady. Bread is hard and NOT cooked fresh. And dont place an order in advance if you really need it because they will tell you the day of pick up they didnt make it or they didnt get your order!!!! My bread machine makes a better loaf

Farrell has changed its bread ie I believe they are no longer using a quality wheat. The bread does not taste the same at all. They are more interested in the wholesale side, thus mass producing the product which is lower quality. Too bad as this was a great bread but no more.

I have always loved the fantastic bread at Farrell Bread and Bakery. I am jumping for joy now that the cafe has opened. The service is friendly, inviting and professional. The menu is creative and exciting. I had the Blueberry Toast with goat cheese and a cappuccino. My meal was spot-on, fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to return.

Bread is ALWAYS fresh. They also have different goodies available when customers come in. Guinness Bread Pudding is so YUM!
I like their chicken salad in the summer and olive muffuletta mixture. Also who doesn’t love a rice crispy treat the size of their fist and fresh croissants!

Find Farrell’s at the Tulsa Farmer’s Market too. Staff was helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. Was able to purchase the last Peacb Rolls and Honey Challah bread. Will be stopping by the brick and mortar to see what other offerings they have as well.

Ordered a round raisin Challah one week before needing, then I sent an email 4 days before needing to confirm. 40 minutes before pickup time the bakery calls to tell me they did not make the challah for me.
