Got off work at 10 PM, starving, beat, nothing else decent open. Farooj is always there for me.
Walked in, ordered the Signature Crispy with BBQ sauce all over it, onion rings, and a mango banana smoothie. Ready in minutes, still scorching hot.
That sandwich is ridiculous: massive crunch, chicken dripping juicy, BBQ glaze smoky and sticky, coleslaw crunchy, cheese melted, pickles cutting through the richness. Every bite is perfect.
Onion rings: light batter, sweet onions, zero grease. Honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.
Mango banana smoothie so good, pure fruit, ice-cold. Washes the heat down like it was made for it.
Ate half in the parking lot because I couldn’t wait till home. Clean spot, friendly crew, easy parking. My go-to late-night move, every time.
The guys behind the counter are legit the best, remember my order, always smiling even late, hook it up with extra napkins and sauce without asking. Real ones.
Can’t recommend this spot enough.

Wonderful staff, great place for a late night meal, if you like spice and healthy natural food this is your place!! The mango habinaro sauce is amazing on everything!! Will definitely be coming back.

I have been looking for better shawarma spots in Dearborn, and the shawarma here was delicious. The chicken is fresh, grilled and marinated perfectly, and the fries in the sandwich have a great seasoning to them. The signature crispy chicken sandwich was also very good and the sauce they provide for the fries and shawarma is perfect. Not overly garlicky at all which I liked a lot. As for the owner/young gentleman who made the food, he was so kind and provided great service, even though he was the only one working at the time he went. Appreciated him so much! Definitely will be coming back and bringing my friends to try.

Excellent service; the staff will treat you like family. I had a large chicken fattoush (under $20) — classic fattoush salad with a unique olive oil dressing, topped with flavorful chicken shawarma. Great portion size for two. Also perfect for one, if you want leftovers for the next day — but you may end up eating it all. Perfect for anyone on the keto diet or post-workout. Looking forward to going again.

The spicy chicken shawarma is unreal! Also the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We came in during iftar and he let us sample an Egyptian dish on the house. We would come more often if we lived closer but cannot recommend enough! My favorite shawarma in the area – and there’s a lot of competition.

This was a great restaurant. They’re the two salad was A1 and they were very generous. I asked them for a small side of hummus and they decided to give me a gigantic serving of hummus for free. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Went out for suhoor and randomly picked this place. Best decision. The food was amazing, everything tasted fresh and well made. Chef Hussain did an incredible job. He was lowkey funny, super respectful, and made the experience even better. Definitely coming back again.

We were craving Mediterranean food late on a Sunday night, but almost everything was closed by 10 PM. Then we found Farooj — not only were they open, but they welcomed us in with the kindest hospitality. They let us know the wait would be around 20–30 minutes since everything is cooked fresh.
The food was incredible. They even surprised us with a special toasted pita stuffed with garlic sauce. We had the whole grilled chicken.
It was a cold night, and post dinner they offered us hot tea, which genuinely made us feel cared for. The warmth of the staff, the attention to detail, and the quality of the food made this place an instant favorite.

The food at this place is delicious! Not to mention the great customer service. The guys that took care of us were so kind and I loved the fact that they found joy in watching us taste the food and love it.
We had the chicken sandwiches (one spicy and one with barbecue sauce). They came with fries and onion rings which were also good.
But the star of the night was the mango-banana smoothie! I had never had this combo but it was absolutely amazing!
We will certainly be coming back to Farooj Grill.

The grilled chicken shawarma with farooj sauce was amazing! The wings and crispy burger were just as delicious. Everything was so clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and generous. Highly recommend!
