I ordered take out burritos as we were passing through town and the burritos were AMAZING! I called about ten minutes before we came through and they had the food ready for us when we got there. It was nice and warm and very good! The prices were very affordable and the staff were extremely friendly! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic place! Home cooking at its finest. They have a daily special, or you can order from the menu. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is fresh cooked. The food is delicious and the service is superb!! The prices are to good to be true for as large a portion that you get. If you leave hungry it’s because you’re a full grown hog, or a liar! You won’t be disappointed!!

I walked in this restaurant a Monday morning at 10:40am there was not one client there. They told me breakfast finished at 10:30 and would not cook anything from the breakfast menu for me. I feel it’s pretty ridiculous having a breakfast restaurant that stops breakfast at 10:30 especially when their place is empty. So I walked across the street to the bakery and there was everyone eating and serving breakfast.

We ordered Sunday roast dinner today for 4. It fed 5 easily with a lot of leftovers. The roast beef was tender and delicious, a little touch of heat from the pepperoncini roasted with it was a delightful surprise. Roast potatoes, carrots and absolutely delicious brownies and soft serve ice cream. Just yum!!!!

Popped in for breakfast & I was warmly greeted with kind smiles and kind eyes! Even though they were busy, with a nearly full dining room of guests, the service was friendly and swift! The food is great as well! Great job gals! The atmosphere is appealing & cozy ta boot! Overall the Farmhouse Kitchen is a win-win spot!

This to me is the nicest breakfast stop on all of US 36 highway from Illinois to Denver. The French toast is golden and the price is affordable enough to stop every time I drive by.

A little place up town, no name on building but we saw people coming out with food. Turned out to be great cooking. Fresh an great tasting. You gotta try the burgers!!! THE BEST!! Small place but so friendly, helpful, good conversation. You order at counter an get your own drinks but they come by table an check to see if you need anything an they are extremely nice. Phillipsburg, KS small town but if you ever pass through look up this place. Only open Sunday thru Wed. She caters the other days.
