My friend took me to breakfast here. We go out to breakfast often. She looked up this place. We had dropped her car off at the dealership. She wanted us to go after so I followed her down to the dealership then I drove down to this place. It’s a nice little area. I ordered Biscuits and gravy. It was the best I have ever tried. Highly recommend. My friend got French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. She loved it. It was a little busy when we went. We got a table right away. We both ordered an iced coffee and she added some syrup and they were so good. Highly highly recommend. We will be going back here again soon. The bathroom was really clean. They only had cookies available from their Bakery. We didn’t get any because we were so full. They had a bunch of different cookies to choose from. Just go try it asap!

They are located in a nice little town of Claysville, PA about a 25 minute drive. This is our first time here and was highly recommended from my neighbor. The coffee was very good, and the food is fantastic. Servings are plentiful.

We were visiting family in Washington, PA (we live in Waynesville, OH) and decided to try Farmhouse Kitchen & Bakery based off of a Google search and FB review. Let me tell you, this was a wonderful surprise, tucked away in this cute little town.
App: fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes) – amazing, fresh fruit!
Kids: waffles & pancakes – both superb and excellent tasting & appearance and the perfect size!
Mom/Dad: biscuits and gravy with homefries (added suggested bell peppers and onions) AND French toast. Side of bacon & sausage links. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. The server asked if we wanted gravy on the homefries too and I said no, well, we had her go get the gravy for the homefries after we tasted it lol.
We own a farm and raise our own beef and pork (so we are super picky), and this by far was the BEST breakfast we have had out at a restaurant. All of it. AMAZING. Service was excellent, all of the girls were so nice and helpful.
We ended with their fresh bakery items and got two mini cakes and a cheesecake cookie Togo. Just tore into those and they were gone within minutes!
I should have taken pictures BEFORE we dove in, but couldn’t wait. Lol. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Seriously the best breakfast I’ve maybe ever had at a restaurant. Bacon and eggs were perfectly cooked. The French toast was so fluffy and the waffle was stellar too. Sweet baby Jesus. So so good.

So glad we found this cozy little place! I tried the waffles which to me had almost a funnel cake consistency and were amazing! The bacon was thick cut and perfectly crispy but not overdone. My husband got French toast which was also amazing. The bread was thick cut and fluffy definitely not over dredged or flimsy. He also really enjoyed the sausage links and his eggs which were a perfect over easy. All the service staff was very nice and we would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

Usually, I don’t leave comments for breakfast places because they tend to be quite similar, but this one is exceptional. It’s not just that they open at 6 AM, which is very convenient for early birds like me, but also because the food is amazing. The home fries were really tasty and not overcooked. I highly recommend the sausages links because they are locally made and were really tasty. The waffles were fluffy and light in flavor, and all the fruits on top were very fresh. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Great spot for breakfast! I stopped and got a keto meal with three over easy eggs, avocado and turkey sausage. Friendly staff and fast service. Water doesn’t taste great so bring your own water bottle or use a LifeStraw filter.

This place is great. It was a kinda busy late Saturday breakfast. The bacon was perfect, homefies perfect. The French toast was just OK to me.
Lexi, our server was quick and very nice. The only complaint that I have would be to just sweep and vacuum more, including the window areas.
My absolute favorite thing would be the amount of food for the price.
We will definitely be back.

Awful local restaurant. Me and my brother figured we’d try something new after hearing about the place for years. Upon entering the restaurant, we saw the entire place was slammed with customers so that’s usually a good sign. After we walked up to the front desk we were greeted by a rude and judgemental woman who kept giving us dirty looks the entire time we placed our order. We decided to order take out to leave the environment since it was shoulder to shoulder and everyone was looking at us with disgust or as if something was wrong with us? It basically indicated to us this place was a bunch of locals supporting the local slop house. Anyway after we waited around, the lady who took our order returned rather quickly and handed us our order without even making eye contact. We left and got back home only to be met with some of the worst homemade food I’ve possibly ever eaten. My brothers order was completely wrong and mine was lousy at best likely because it was undercooked. I’d rather have traveled 15 minutes up the highway for some Eat N Park or Bob Evans than this sad excuse of homemade food. I’m kicking myself for even leaving a tip.

Stopped in on 11/25/23 – Had an absolutely killer French toast breakfast ! The side of sausage was delicious! ( I was served with two savory patties ) My waitress Alexa was very on top of things and super friendly! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and will definitely be back.
