Great place to eat! The portions were HUGE! As in, the sides were bigger than the main dish. Got the sweet potato fries which were great, and also onion rings. I expected maybe 3 onion rings, but it looked like they gave me a whole onion! And the price was quite low compared to what I’m used to as a city slicker. With tip, my wife and I only paid a bit over $30 for a meal with lots of leftovers. Will definitely stop by if in the area again. Was in WV for a weekend and hiked up Big Schloss (technically in VA), and this was about 45 minutes away but worth the drive.

This is a wonderful, family owned restaurant. It’s a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and get comfort food. The dinner specials are usually pretty good deals for things like ribs or steak. The staff are friendly and always have a meal recommendation if you can’t quite decide what to get. You’ll fit right in if you are in your church clothes on Sunday afternoon or in your work clothes after a long day.
