Farmer Boys is famous for farm-to-table burgers, breakfast, salads, and more. Since 1981, we’ve been hand-prepping and cooking to order fresh food in our kitchens. Farmer Boys purchases the freshest ingredients locally, whenever possible. It is embodied in our mascot and head of security, The Scarecrow, whose mission is to protect and serve farm fresh food. Each and every team member across our expansive family of restaurants believes that the freshness and quality of the ingredients our guests are served is at the core of our success. This attention to excellence extends to our friendly table and to-go service, and our fast and easy drive-thru.
Counter-serve chain for made-to-order burgers & breakfast items, many made with local ingredients.

The cob sald was my original choice but yeaaaa not in the meal plan lol.
Definitely worth a try!!
You order your food at the counter, and they bring it over to you. I’ve tried their burgers here a long time ago, and I’ve really enjoyed them, but I tried one of their breakfast items.
I ordered a Sourdough Chicken Avocado with a side of hash browns and coffee. The hash browns were pretty uninspiring. The presentation almost looked as though they were frozen then cooked. The sandwich was pretty decent. The chicken really didn’t have much flavor to it, and the piece was pretty small that it left gaps on the sandwich. However the ingredients work well in the sandwich.
Overall I wasn’t too impressed with my food. I was with a party of 7, and their food looked okay, as well. I’ll probably stick to their burgers and fries on my next trip. The ladies working were very nice and attentive on refilling our coffees.
Be thee same wherever you go . If tulare location can get the size of their patties right , 5 stars all the way through especially when your not eating at mcdonalds because of inflation felt the same, pay the same price at two different locations, but the burgers in tulare are 100% skimped on the patty size . Wouldve never thought Inflation would hit farmer boys especially when a customer wants good food and doesnt mind paying for it
