Farmer Boys is famous for farm-to-table burgers, breakfast, salads, and more. Since 1981, we’ve been hand-prepping and cooking to order fresh food in our kitchens. Farmer Boys purchases the freshest ingredients locally, whenever possible. It is embodied in our mascot and head of security, The Scarecrow, whose mission is to protect and serve farm fresh food. Each and every team member across our expansive family of restaurants believes that the freshness and quality of the ingredients our guests are served is at the core of our success. This attention to excellence extends to our friendly table and to-go service, and our fast and easy drive-thru.
Counter-serve chain for made-to-order burgers & breakfast items, many made with local ingredients.

I’ve been to A LOT of Farmer Boys and this is one of my favorite locations.
Pleasant atmosphere inside, pleasant staff, pleasant music, clean booths, tables, counters…etc…
…and most of all clean and well stocked restrooms.
I recently visited the Farmer Boys drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience that left me questioning the professionalism and customer service standards at this location.
I placed a simple order for 3 drinks. The order was taken by the manager on duty, Kimberly. After placing my order, I pulled forward to the window to pay. Surprisingly, there was no one at the window to assist me. I waited patiently for over seven minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. During this time, there were no other customers in line, so the delay was completely unexplained and frustrating.
Eventually, an employee named Wendy came to the window. I asked why it had taken so long just for 3 drinks, and she informed me that the manager had forgotten to put in the order. That alone was disappointing, but what happened next was even more frustrating.
I asked to speak with the manager, Kimberly, the same person who had taken my order, but instead of coming to the window and offering any kind of apology or explanation, she simply told me to “have a great day” and shut the drive thru window. There was no accountability, no apology, and no professionalism displayed.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. If a manager is unwilling to address a customer’s concern or even acknowledge a clear service failure, that speaks volumes about the leadership at this location.
Management at this Farmer Boys should seriously reconsider who they’re putting in charge. A manager who avoids customers instead of owning mistakes and working to make things right does not belong in a leadership position.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made.
